exactly what I was looking for in help buying my Subaru I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to buy and Jim was able to answer the few questions I had. I bought from out of state because of the great price and reputation of the dealership. Fantastic service from the moment I was picked up at the airport to driving it off the lot a couple of hours later. Just the right balance explaining what options were available without turning anything into a high pressure sales pitch. Thanks to both Jim & Mike for making this a very easy, pleasant buying experience! More

10 email wild goose chase-insulted me. Bet this wont post! Yiur service department RICKS! However your sales dept. from my experience with Loewen, was like a brand new dyson vacuum cleaner. After ten emails, several days, providing other dealers prices, he then said after leading me on a wild goose price better price offer negotiation, my price offer is final. He actually said this in his last email. Why did he treat me with no respect, demean me, and insult me? he wasted my time effort and insulted me. you want the emails write me at bob_curtis@hotmail.com will be happy to provide you these so you can see what to expect from the sales dept. Then I have called her at least 5 times for help. As you can tell I am so glad that I used Heuberger Motors to purchase my Subaru.
