Thanks much for the feedback. After talking to Herman, he indicated that the switch was based on your driving habits. We apologize if this seemed like a disingenuous maneuver, it wasn't intended to be so and is certainly not what we had in mind. We've talked with Herman to try to insure future customers don't get the wrong impression as you did. Please know that we are ALWAYS open to feedback and we would love you to pick up the phone or take a manager aside if you ever have concerns in the future. We're listening.

I appreciate that you took the time to look into my concern. However, I doubt Herman informed you on how he went about it. How he waited until my husband left to use the restroom in order to approach me and basically told me I drive less miles than what I had stated. Initially, when discussing with him our average annual mileage we talked about it being in the 15,000 mile range. He leaves and goes into the office and then comes back over and says "You don't really drive that much do you? That's a lot of miles." I told him that I commute to different campuses 5 days a week and go on yearly family vacations. We also frequent Denver. He said "That is more like 12,000" and pretty much walked away. So HE decided that we drove less miles in order for him to accomplish what he wanted. And he did so deceivingly and without the co-buyer being present. Not to mention the fact that this didn't change the fact that he extended our loan to 75 months from 72 months in order to get the warranty. The least he could have done was drop it back down to 72 months if he was removing an entire year of coverage. If I hadn't already been there 5 hours and appreciated Sean for everything he did, it was enough for me as a consumer to feel taken advantage of and to walk out on the deal. There is a good change that I will not buy from Heuberger again because of this, which is a shame because you have a really great sales team.
