Soooo Thankful! Been buying vehicles for 45 years and it has been a series of VERY painful experiences, until buying my first Subaru. Felt like I was in a parallel universe because buying my 2017 Outback was a GREAT experience. Sean was great during a ONE HOUR test drive and Marshall was outstanding during the remainder of my three visits to the dealership to close the deal! I am very grateful for Marshall's professionalism, his eagerness to meet my requirements, his patience, and his No-pressure Just-the-facts attitude. Only reason I did not rate Heuberger at 5-star is based on my experience with finance (Dawn). I did in fact feel pressured to buy options I did not need or want and I received some inaccurate information. More
