I did my homework and knew what I wanted to pay and value of trade in, I was offeted $3,500 for Honda. Told him I knew I should be given at least $5,000. He said he couldn't give me that amount but bumped up to $4,000. It was near closing time. I wanted to buy my new 2017 Crosstrek and drive it back to Arvada. I now read my Honda is being marked up over 100% of what Heuberger's told me it was worth. I feel cheated. Not right to "take advantage" me and in front of my 18-year-old! She has now learned how the process of wanting to buy a new car, with a trade in, can go. Next time I will sell my car on my own and not trade in. More

Heartless Sales my son was qualified for a 5 year 2.99% interest loan and These RIP OFF sales people talked him into leasing and took 2000$ from him to boot! quoted my son was qualified for a 5 year 2.99% interest loan and These RIP OFF sales people talked him into leasing and took 2000$ from him to boot! quoted him the price from the most expensive model, and gave him the lowest grade model. All because he has no experience in car buying. This is sad to do to a kid living on 40 hour wages. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. More

I vowed to never even consider working with this dealership again. After dealing with Andy Murdock, I have an entirely different opinion. Andy created urgency and got me the exact car I was looking for at the price I wanted with all of the features I was interested in. Andy was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience very personable. He had the car cleaned and ready to drive off the lot before I had even arrived at the dealership and every question I had was answered within minutes. Andy has created a long lasting relationship with me and even answered my questions while he was off work. He is the most incredible sales man I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I would recommend him and this dealership to everyone after my recent visit. I am overly satisfied with the experience and I plan to do all my business with Andy in the future. More

This dealership does not put any pressure on potential buyers and the sales people are always friendly and helpful. My salesman, Jim Adams, was so patient with me and assisted me in my decision making. I don't make decisions easily, and I had many trips down to the dealership to meet with Jim and discuss features of the vehicle. I think I had at least 3 test drives and he even let me spend some time in a vehicle on the showroom floor so that I could check out the sound system and all the audio and Bluetooth controls for myself. Their prices are good and you don't have to haggle. Even the financing went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Jim Adams and Heuberger Motors if you are in the market for a new Subaru. More

They were extremely responsive, honest and competitive with their quote. Unfortunately they did not have the desired model/features in stock so I purchased from another dealer, Fast forward two years and we were now in the market for a new Forester. Like last time, their responsiveness was unparalleled. This time they had the specific model and features en route. As it turned out, we had an agreed upon price before other dealers even responded to my initial inquiry. I'm now convinced there is no better dealer in Colorado than Heuberger Subaru. The appointment to finalize the sale and pick up the car was excellent as well. The only downside to our situation is the longevity of Subaru vehicles; we may not get to deal with Heuberger for quite some time. We still have our 1998 Forester and are selling our 2001 Outback because we have no need for 4 cars in a family of 3. When it is time to retire the old Forester, I'll be calling on Heuberger and only Heuberger for our next Subaru. More
