I had never purchased a vehicle through only e-mail and phone calls, but I honestly cannot imagine dealing on a new vehicle in-person again. Josh made the process painless and fun, even when I had to change plans and have the Forester delivered on a truck to Montana rather than flying in to drive the vehicle back home. There were also questions that I had well after the sale that Josh was too happy to answer and in a timely manner. Just awesome! I look forward to buying another Subaru from Josh and you should too.
