Long Distance Deal!!! I had a great experience working with Andy on my used car purchase. Since I live out of state, we did most of the deal via the Internet and emails and I had a great experience working with Andy on my used car purchase. Since I live out of state, we did most of the deal via the Internet and emails and this worked well. I had inquired about a car they had and was contacted by Andy right away. It did not have the things I was looking for, so I gave Andy a list of what I wanted. He took the time to go to his used car manager and ask him to keep an eye out for a car that met my specs. Within a couple of days, he contacted me with a potential car and it went forward from there. He even went to the extra trouble to go out and take pictures of the car himself so I could see it - it hadn't been put up on the website yet, since it was just traded in! He got me a Fantastic price on it, as well as a fair price on my trade-in. So when I arrived at the dealer ship I knew what the numbers were going to be and there were no last minute attempts to change the price - I really appreciated that!! THANK YOU ANDY!!! He was patient, understanding and always ready to help, even on his day off if needed. When we found the vehicle we wanted ( a vehicle most dealerships would sell 'as is' or auction) it needed a few things: windshield and tires needed replacing (safety) and I noticed the AC wasn't working right. Windshield and tires replaced (with my preference of tires!) no sweat and when the AC turned into a nightmare to repair Heurberger could have easily said enough is enough and it's your problem, but no it was done and done right. Jarad kept us informed the whole time and I'm sure took some heat for going to bat for us but that is how he is. I have nothing but the highest respect for both Jarad and Heuberger for how they responded in this instance. When the time comes for another vehicle I know where to go. More
