That turned out to be Mark McClenahan, who did a fabulous job of helping us select our 2018 Outback Limited. He knows the various vehicle lines like the back of his hand...every question was answered completely. He spent a lot of time doing our initial interview, then let us drive four cars to help us make our final decision on what would be most comfortable and the best fit for my wife. His good nature and sense of humor made the whole process a very enjoyable one. After our selection, he turned us over to Chris Busby, who handled the business end with a smile. He was straight forward and helped us make our decision on what other dealer options we wanted to sign up for. Then it was back to Mark for the exceptionally thorough car inspection and familiarization. You have a wonderful team at Heuberger's, and we are and will continue to be loyal Subaru customers. Adding to our Subaru Family We actually made our first contact with Jared Pence via email. Since we already have an Outback we knew the features and styles we were considering. I We actually made our first contact with Jared Pence via email. Since we already have an Outback we knew the features and styles we were considering. I like this approach as when we walked into Heuberger Jared already had the appropriate vehicles ready for test drive. Jared knows his product line well. He was able to discuss and explain transmissions, engine size differences and updated features. he was able to contrast our 2014 Outback with the 2018 which was great. We did not complete the transaction in one day but Jared stayed in contact with us with texts. We were able to supply necessary documents by text so that the paperwork from his end was being worked on prior to our follow-up visit. The day of the purchase Jared gave us detailed instruction on the new technology. He did not even laugh at us when we gave him our Apple 4 to hook up to technology :). We appreciated his calm demeanor, knowledge and stories he told of his own Subura owning experiences. More
