Always a Positive Experience I purchased my first Subaru Forester from Heuberger in 2000 when I lived in Colorado Springs. This visit was to replace my husband's car, a 1999 Fores I purchased my first Subaru Forester from Heuberger in 2000 when I lived in Colorado Springs. This visit was to replace my husband's car, a 1999 Forester. We drove up from Santa Fe, NM ( just over 300 miles one way) so we could work with the great folks at Heuberger. Everyone there is positive, helpful and happy which beats many other car dealerships. They establish a relationship with you as more than just a transaction, they want you to come back. Our sales rep, Jim Adams was excellent and Chris Busby a delight to work with. Rob, a new rep, shadowed us, trying to learn the ins and outs of working for Heuberger, but was friendly and helpful nonetheless. Extra credit: The barista at the coffee bar. The mocha latte with whipped cream was the bomb! More

LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS, NEVER BUY FROM THEM LIARS, I flew in from North Carolina to purchase a Black 2014 Ram Ecodiesel. I asked if there was any damage. George stated there was none but then th LIARS, I flew in from North Carolina to purchase a Black 2014 Ram Ecodiesel. I asked if there was any damage. George stated there was none but then the day before I flew out I find out that there was a bumper scuff, no big deal. On the day I landed in Denver he tells me that the mirror was broken. When I arrived I inspected the vehicle to find a dent in the hood along with a deep big scratch, the front bumper was hit and shifted to the passenger side, the passenger side front wheel well molding damaged, the front bumper had been repainted at some point, the back bumper had been hit and pushed up, the front passenger side headlight is scuffed and damaged and the front grill is damaged with a hole in it. When I asked what they were going to do to fix the problems that I was not told about before I flew out, took time off work and inconvenienced my family for, they said nothing. No fixing the issues no discounted price, they said they were already losing money at the price we arrived at. I call BS, they didn't care that the next day was Thanksgiving and that I flew all the way there on my dime and that getting back to my family was an almost impossible feat. This company and its employees are uncaring and heartless. DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER, God only knows what is wrong with the truck mechanically. They say it's fine but they also said the body had no damage. Now in a response to my yelp review, they say that they will fix it and price the vehicle for more moneY, why wasn't this disclosed to me before and now why all the sudden are they fixing it. Don't ever buy from them. More
