Heuberger Subaru

Service takes a while but is understandable but to let my family know to buy a car at Subaru will be a no for me. Twice i bought a car there and i won't buy any car there anymore. The manager or the lady tha family know to buy a car at Subaru will be a no for me. Twice i bought a car there and i won't buy any car there anymore. The manager or the lady that made an appointment with me, doesn't care about their customers which is the vibe i got. I made an appointment to see a car the day before, instead of her telling me that it was too early for her and someone else can help me. She let me come in and stand there waiting for her like an idiot, and when i told her supervisor that, he gave me that ( I don't really care look) and vibe and of course gave me the same excuse i was given before since this wasn't the first time she did that. So no i won't ask my family or friends to go through the same thing i went through there and next time i buy a car will be somewhere i feel appreciated. More
