came in for a bad battery so they charged me $170. 00 to tell me that I have a bad battery. They then told me a replacement battery would be $650.00. Great buying experience, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Jim Adams was patient and answered any question I had while giving me the space to explore the vehicle and options. I hope my encounters with the service department are just as smooth. Only complain would be how quick financing was able to get to us, but it was a busy day. This is our 2nd purchase from Heuberger dealership and it’s once again an easy experience. Ray took care of us and we were able to get the exact car with the options we wanted. Jim Adams answered all my questions via email and text and got the order process started, and was great to work with in the dealership. I've worked with Marshall before; he checked in to say hi, too. We worked with Buzz again as well, and he makes the process go as fast as he can, which was great. We'll go again when my lease is up. More
Took my vehicle to Heuberger Subaru for an “Express” oil change. At drop off was quoted about an hour….3 hours later my vehicle was done. I understand things back up but had you relayed to me that things we change. At drop off was quoted about an hour….3 hours later my vehicle was done. I understand things back up but had you relayed to me that things were backed up at time of check in I would have come back at a later date/time to get service done. The $10 off my $120 dollars was not worth the 2 hours of my life that I will never get back waiting around your dealership. Won’t be back….literally would have been faster for me to drive to Groove Subaru where I originally bought the car to have an oil change done. More
