Joe was friendly and courteous as he answered our questions and set up a test ride for us. His knowledge of the Forester helped us decide exactly what options, accessories and colors we wanted. He gave us a great price without any pressure or coercion to make a quick decision. Joe also promptly answered multiple questions from us in follow-up emails/texts. We ended up ordering a new 2019 Forester with the exact specifications we were looking for. Three weeks later, our car arrived and after a test drive and complete review of all the new technology and features, we took it home.
