I am so happy with my new Subaru and so glad I chose to purchase through Heuberger. I live in Portland, Oregon and heard of the dealership through a friend. Heuberger Motors was fantastic to deal with in ordering and purchasing my 2013 Subaru BRZ. I am living in California but I heard Heuberger was the number one volume dealer for Subaru in the U.S. So I fig and purchasing my 2013 Subaru BRZ. I am living in California but I heard Heuberger was the number one volume dealer for Subaru in the U.S. So I figured they would be willing to work with me to get a fantastic price, and they did! I saved literally thousands of dollars over what I would have had to pay for the same car in California, by ordering from them. Even with the cost of having the car shipped to me in CA the price was a very good deal. Karen in the Internet sales department was super helpful and answered my every question, and attended to my every concern... from selecting options to adding additional accessories to making sure they fulfilled my special requests, she made sure it all happened, and then helped make the arrangements to get the car trucked over to me in perfect condition. The only negative I have to say is that apparently the service techs missed one part of the pre-delivery inspection steps and didn't install certain parts on my car... I did not realize this until a month after I received the car. Once I let Karen know she immediately took action to rectify this and is having the missing parts sent out to me. So I am totally happy with my experience with Heuberger and definitely recommend the dealership (and Karen) to anyone looking to buy a Subaru, and in particular a harder-to-find BRZ. Mike in Finance dept was also very efficient and got me the paperwork needed to close the deal in very short order, kudos to everyone at Heuberger for such a smooth and easy transaction, even though I never met them face-to-face and never stepped foot into the dealership. We purchased our second vehicle from Herberger Motors last month. We worked with David Anthony several years ago when I wanted to purchase an Outback in the pearl white. The purchase price for an upgraded vehicle was about the same as the base model in Denver. So when it came time for my husband to purchase a vehicle we called David. My husband told him what he was looking for, they discussed the different models, what was the best deals were, etc., again the price of the upgraded vehicle was about the same as the base model in Denver. My husband purchased a Forester site unseen as it was coming in on a truck. When the truck came in we drove from Elizabeth to pick up the vehicle. Everything was ready for us, all we had to do was sign the papers. It was an easy process and my husband loves his new Forester. David helped him with all the new bells and whistles the vehicle came with. When it comes time to get the next Subaru we will be calling our salesman David Anthony. More

Every time I brought my car in for repairs, David Anthony made sure I was satisfied with the work done--and this wasn't even his job! Karen Lovvorn has helped us with three Subaru purchases in the last year or so. We've been extremely happy with her and Heuberger. She is friendly and patient and gets us through the process as smoothly a in the last year or so. We've been extremely happy with her and Heuberger. The visit today was to purchase my 5th Subaru. The salesman, Gary, was exceptional. I called regarding this vehicle and asked if he would do a walk around prior to placing a deposit. He carefully examined the vehicle and described it accurately, including the small ding. He does not pressure, and fully explains every detail of the vehicle prior to taking delivery. I love this dealer, and I would encourage anyone going to Heuberger to ask for Gary specifically. More
very poor customer service. they never keep their promises. i lost trust in them.Because of their false promises I had to pay lot of money for rental cars. I'm in the military and went through USAA to buy a car from Heuberger in Colorado Springs in January of 2011. I ended up getting the car I wanted however they lied to me on several occasions about pricing from Heuberger in Colorado Springs in January of 2011. I ended up getting the car I wanted however they lied to me on several occasions about pricing. I even went through the manager and he told me the same story as the salesman. I checked through USAA and they confirmed that Heuberger was lying about the extra fees that they added, which Randy Wharton at Heuberger had told me were required with the USAA pricing. Turns out USAA said none of those fees were required. I called Heuberger back about this and even wrote a letter to the dealership but never got any response. I was really disappointed with their lack of honesty and I won't buy a car from them again. They lost a lifetime customer for a only 280$. Seems pretty foolish to me. More
hi.. we had no previous experience with Subaru or Heuberger Motors before we purchased a 2012 Forrester. Although we were happy with the price/option - we honestly bought the car as it met our criteria of low mileage, price, 4WD/AWD features and the fact they had a car in inventory - we had visited Ford and Toyota dealers the same day and they didn't have a similar vehicle in stock - we had cash and wanted to buy that day. We found that the salesperson told us one thing and the finance person corrected those assumptions later - we had already waited too long and were committed to the purchase - so decided to let the fact that the sales person was wrong - we bought a demo car that was supposed to be titled as new and was supposed to assume warranty starts day of purchase - found later that was not true. Our biggest complaint was the confusion and time it took to get the title and registration. After waiting a month I called and was told that I had a fed ex package en route and needed to wait at home for it the next day - no fed ex packages the next two days.. Called back the next week - they said oh - there was a problem and it wasn't sent. Called back again and found the issue was that they had to title the car as it had too many miles to be considered a new car - then the rep confirmed they had sent out the package for a morning delivery - alas to find the next day again they lied as they had not set it up for priority - wasting another day waiting for the delivery.
