I didn’t think I’d get much help, but Nick was very understanding, very patient, and helped me run through a huge list o the best of a bad situation. He helped me work with the financing also, which was really important. Walked out with 1.9% interest rate and the perfect car I needed for my family. Thanks again Nick I really appreciate it. I went to Heuberger motors because I saw my dream car in their used inventory. I have a big preference for manual transmissions and it’s very hard to get them. Plus, it was my favorite color. And I desperat their used inventory. I have a big preference for manual transmissions and it’s very hard to get them. Plus, it was my favorite color. And I desperately needed the 4wd a Subaru offers. As with any complex negotiation, there were a couple of hiccups at first, but I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service manager, Adam Rush, who did an amazing, outstanding job of resolving every concern. I have walked away a perfectly happy customer and I am sure I will be back in a few years to buy a new Subaru. I was also very impressed by their service manager, Patrick, who was extremely honest and very helpful. I especially liked the fact that they both gave me their cell phone number so I could text them as needed. They were both very responsive. I spent many years working in customer service management and I can attest that their customer service management is top-of-the-line! I understand Heuberger is a small, family-owned business, so you can trust that they will take care of you! More
