So far I've had good and bad experiences purchasing and researching for new cars. Luckily enough, I have always purchased cars from those that have offered me a great customer service and a great price and researching for new cars. I could've saved my self the driving all the way to CO springs and bought my car from "the other guys" here in Denver, but I am happy I didn't. Jim is one of the best salesmen I've ever met; NOT pushy, patient and honest. He will tell you straight away what he can offer you, NEVER promising you something that he can't deliver. I purchased a brand new Crosstrek '13 and traded my VW Jetta '10, Heubeurger gave a good price for my VW and a GREAT price of my Crosstrek. The delivery was smooth; they even have a complementary non-alcoholic bar where one can wait while they finish the paperwork, I tried the raspberry limonade and I was DEeelicious! Even if you reside in Denver give them a try. We made an adventure out of going to the Springs and in the process test drove a car. It was well worth it, trust me. 5 stars through and through, I will buy from the again and will for sure recommend them with my friends here in Denver. More
Buying a car here was simple and quick. Everybody was all smiles from the moment I walked in the door and very helpful. No games, hassels or pressure what so ever. He is very knowledgable and nice. Answered ever so many of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. The Purchasing Dept. was great too and Octavio (spelling)? was very helpful and friendly explainig everything to me, and helping to save me money in the long run with different packages and options. Refusing to deal with a traditional car dealership, I put out a call on the internet for the new Subaru I wanted down to the style, color and moon-roof. Clint responded by the next morning telling me exactly what he had available and the set price (which was a full $2,000 below list). I called, reserved the car with a credit card deposit and went to pick it up on the weekend. The car was perfect and ready to go. Clint spent all the time we needed to understand the new car features, to connect my cell phone to the car's blue-tooth and to give me hints he had discovered about this new car. The financing process was quick and easy and they gave me a better interest rate, by .7% than he had offered over the phone. This is the way business should be done! Thanks Clint! More

We didn't have to negotiate, the offer price was great and discussion revolved around the car and what we needed. We drove in from out of town and we drove off with our car in about one hour. This is the best experience I have ever had in getting a car (and I've gotten quite a few over the last 40 years). Jim answered my Internet inquiry right away and gave me the answers I requested in that fi car (and I've gotten quite a few over the last 40 years). Jim answered my Internet inquiry right away and gave me the answers I requested in that first email--he gave me MORE information than I had asked for. All previous dealers (and I spoke with at least 10) just wanted me to "come in" or were vague with answers; told me I had to settle for a different color or specs). Jim was committed to provide me with the car I wanted instead of trying to sell me what he had. He took care of all the work and details and had the car delivered to me--even though I live in South Carolina and your dealership is in Colorado! Once he turned me over to Vitto and the finance folks, they were awesome also. Everyone was prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. Jim was totally accessible and always got back to me when he said he would. He sent emails to keep me in the loop all along the way, even dealing with my son from Boston to finalize details. He was SUPER! I just wish you were here in Greenville, so I could continue to bring my car to you for service. I LOVE THE CAR; it is everything promised--and more--and exactly what I wanted! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
