All previous dealers (and I spoke with at least 10) just wanted me to "come in" or were vague with answers; told me I had to settle for a different color or specs). Jim was committed to provide me with the car I wanted instead of trying to sell me what he had. He took care of all the work and details and had the car delivered to me--even though I live in South Carolina and your dealership is in Colorado! Once he turned me over to Vitto and the finance folks, they were awesome also. Everyone was prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. Jim was totally accessible and always got back to me when he said he would. He sent emails to keep me in the loop all along the way, even dealing with my son from Boston to finalize details. Great prices on cars. Everyone is super friendly and nice. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you understand every detail of your purchase agreement.
