Heuberger Subaru

Came to Heuberger to look at their used care selection, and was, at first, underwhelmed. Decided to try a few other dealerships in town (Honda, Ford, and Toyota) and had decent service, but decided to give and was, at first, underwhelmed. He was extremely knowledgeable as we bombarded him with the accumulated questions from our other test drives and dealer visits. We never felt pressured into upgrading to a newer/better model, or getting any other upgrade, while we were with Mark. He was always friendly, professorial, and helpful during our interactions, and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. After hearing about our experience and meeting mark, family from Missouri are considering coming out here to buy a Subaru. Overall, it was easy for us to see why Heuberger is such a popular dealership, they did an excellent job of caring for us. It is such a comfortable atmosphere that some people treat the office as a coffee shop. We saw several people sitting around, enjoying free coffee, and working on homework or reading, even though they were not there to buy a car. Every staff member we interacted with did an excellent job, and we look forward to working with them for years to come. More

Clint is an awesome guy. Probably just as excited, if not more, about my new car! He's a straight forward, no BS type of guy. Heuberger Motors gets high marks all around. For being out-of-state, Clint was fantastic in making sure I was kept up-to-date during the entire process. That includes car status, photos of the car upon arrival, and he responded immediately to calls and texts. There was an issue with the 3rd party trucking company who delivered the car to California, but Clint was on it and worked to get everything right. He even sent me a gift (even though it wasn't his or the dealership's fault). Even now after I've purchased the car, he still texts and calls to make sure everything is going good with the car; and it is. Clint would get 6 stars if it was an option. More

I first met Dave Anthony three years ago while shopping for a used car. As a woman shopping for a car by myself Dave was courteous and respectful to answer every question I asked. When an unfortunate accident totalled my son's Impreza it was Dave that oversaw it's replacement. He even went the extra mile to coordinate it's transportation to California. Dave has become a family friend over the years and I would refer anyone to Dave because of his great customer service and vast product knowledge. More

I have ordered three Subarus from Heuberger over the last few years and every experience has been absolutely perfect. I was able to get exactly what I wanted faster, for considerably cheaper than my local d few years and every experience has been absolutely perfect. I was able to get exactly what I wanted faster, for considerably cheaper than my local dealers and they delivered it right to my door (I am 500 miles from them) for a nominal fee. My initial hesitation about ordering a car over the phone was totally unwarranted as Heuberger painlessly walked me through the ordering and documentation process, didn't try to push the usual dealer crap and all three of our cars arrived quickly and exactly as promised. Overall, all three experiences have been super and I would highly recommend Jennifer and the rest of the Heuberger staff. More

I just purchased my 5th Subaru from Heuberger Motors, which tells you something about my opinion of the vehicles and the dealership. Jim was all about making sure that I had the information I needed to make a good decision; he was easily accessible by email, and answered any questions promptly and patiently. I never felt pressured or hurried -- to make a long story short, I found a beautiful Forester that was just what I was looking for, and at a price that I was happy with. Working with Jim to move things along online really made the best of my limited time. In short order I was at the dealership, where it took less than two hours from "meeting" the new car, through finalizing paperwork, to driving off the lot. Thanks to Jim, Heuberger was able to exceed my already-high expectations. Loving the new Subaru, and recommending Jim Adams & Heuberger. Don't hesitate -- they'll take good care of you. More

My past experiences with car buying has been filled with stress uncertianty, and usually probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had. With Clint at Heuberger Moters, I had an agreed upon price before going to the showroom, and drove away 2 hour later. During the 2 hours, we took a test drive, was shown all of the features of the car, took a tour of the service and parts departments and completed the financing. I would highly recommend a purchasing a vehicle from Heuberger. More

This has been the absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I am the type of customer that goes in knowing what I want, I have done my research and I know what I want to pay. One of the worst things about buying a car is knowing you are going to be at the dealership for the better part of your day haggling with "someone in finance" and salesperson who is trying to up sell you on everything. With Gary he listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and what I wanted to pay, he did not try and sell me on another more expensive vehicle and there was no haggling with the finance people. I feel that they gave me a great deal with out all of the hassle. I will definitely be buying my next car from Gary at Hueburger Motors and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free good car buying experience! More
