I live in Albuquerque, NM and have been looking for a Subaru BRZ to buy. I searched at the dealerships here, and in Santa Fe and could never find the exact specifications I wanted for the price I wanted Subaru BRZ to buy. I sent an e-mail and got a response right away from Jennifer Bell with a price I could not refuse. As a first time buyer, I was nervous, but she has been with me every step of the way giving me the confidence to buy a new car from this dealership. I'm very thankful to have had her as my salesperson, she has offered phenomenal service, replying to every e-mail, answering every question I could possibly throw at her. I can't say it enough, she is amazing, an outstanding employee working under a great dealership. My wife and I, have never looked or owned a Subaru in our life and so we randomly decided to go and check out what this particular dealer had to offer. On first arrival we ran into Tommy Demers (Subaru Sales life and so we randomly decided to go and check out what this particular dealer had to offer. On first arrival we ran into Tommy Demers (Subaru Salesperson) and without any pressure or being forward about purchasing a vehicle as typical sale's men, he right away showed my wife and I to the free refreshments at the coffee shop they had available. From there we spent one hour testing driving the Subaru XV and needless to say my wife was not in love with it, until she laid eyes upon the 2014 Subaru Forester and again we spent an hour or so testing it as well. Tommy did more than a great job negotiating a reasonable price for the 2014 Subaru and the fiance department even got a lower interest rate (lower APR) compared to what my personal bank had offered.
