Great experience. I got hooked up with Clint via an online forum and had been told about the outstanding deals at Heurberger from a friend. He was great from start to finish. I was able to reserve one that was scheduled to be delivered two weeks later. He even texted me a picture the day it arrived on the truck. We drove down from South Dakota and stayed for the weekend and it was still over $2,000 cheaper than the local dealership. Eric took care of me once I got there (Clint was off that day, and although he did offer to come in and take care of me, I wanted him to enjoy the day off). Eric was great as well. He answered all of my questions and was great getting me through the whole process. I think from arrival to out the door only took about four hours and that was on a Saturday when they were insanely busy. I was holding out for one of the hatchback WRXs that he had coming in....he warned me they'd probably sell them before they hit the lot and I made the mistake of not believing him! Sure enough, they sold them, so I placed an order with him and got exactly what I wanted! He never put too much pressure on to "up-sell" me like a lot of dealers do. This is honestly the first time that all numbers made sense on the paperwork, and I was able to sign everything with a smile on my face, rather than a feeling of getting screwed. This is the fifth Subaru we've bought from Heuberger and the third one from Patti. Buying a car has never been one of our favorite activities but Patti has always made the experience great fun for my me and the third one from Patti. She is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars she sells. She has a great sense of humor, too. All of the other people involved in the buying process from the sales manager to the finance person also made the experience enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend Heuberger and especially, Patti. I would also like to comment on the service department. Their reputation is one of the reasons we bought our first Subaru from Heuberger and one reason we keep coming back. They have provided excellent service from our first car in 1997 and have continually improved every year. The extended days and hours of operation have made getting maintenance on our cars more convenient. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. The quality of their work is always great. Oh, we love the coffee bar, too! :) More
