I purchased my new Subaru Outback over the phone and was assisted by Craig Edich. Craig was friendly and I felt extremely comfortable that I would / and did receive the car I wanted. He assisted in all aspects of the purchase and then arranged for shipment of the car to me in El Paso. Then, he followed up with a phone call and spent considerable time with me and my husband acquainting us with features of our new car and even walked us through setting up the bluetooth and garage door opener features which I am sure would have taken us hours to figure out. When we pulled up, we were helped right away. Allen was very helpful and fast, and he let us see exactly what we wanted, no messing around by offering other cars to look at.
