Our new XV Crosstrek is the second Subaru we purchased from Jim in the past 3 years. Our experience was great the first time so we made sure to keep Jim's info. The sales experience was great, Jim was friendly, informative, and up front with pricing similar to our experience with our previous purchase. We'd recommend Jim and Heuberger to anyone. As a personal policy, I generally don't keep a dealership's decal or license plate frame on a car after I purchase it, but I was so satisfied with the service I'll make an exception. The Crosstrek, by the way, is a perfect fit for our family. More
