My wife wanted a new 2014 Subaru Forester. I visited the two closest Subaru dealers in the Utah County - Salt Lake CIty, Utah, area. One had almost no inventory and the other would not negotiate the price two closest Subaru dealers in the Utah County - Salt Lake CIty, Utah, area. One had almost no inventory and the other would not negotiate the price - sticker or walk. I walked. I got on the internet and searched for the largest volume Subaru dealer in the USA and found Heuberger Motors. They had a huge inventory of 2014 Foresters. I easily found the exact model I wanted. My email response came from Jim Adams. From that point, the transaction was completely painless. Jim got the price I wanted with no hassle or pressure. He arranged to add the few extras I wanted that did not come from the factory. He emailed the sticker for the car I wanted so that I could read all the details and verify the car had the items I wanted. He arranged shipping directly to my home (I am about 550 miles from Colorado Springs). I could hardly drive to Colorado Springs for the price of the shipping Jim arranged. The lease paperwork arrived by overnight FedEx. The return FedEx shipping label was in the papers. Funds transferred electronically. The truck driver called a day in advance to let me know when he would arrive with the vehicle. He arrived on time and quickly unloaded my wife's new Forester. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life. This time the experience was so simple and easy. No pressure. No hassle. Just performance. Questions answered promptly and accurately. The price I paid was the price quoted (and a very good price, I might add). No gimmicks or last-minute surprises. I highly recommend Heuberger Motors and Jim Adams. My only regret is that I did not buy two cars. It was such a great experience that I want to buy again from Heuberger Motors. More

I was promised a ride to work for me and my carpool partner if I brought in my trade-in vehicle; as such I brought my vehicle along with my carpool partner. Despite asking for a ride to work upon arriv partner if I brought in my trade-in vehicle; as such I brought my vehicle along with my carpool partner. Despite asking for a ride to work upon arrival and two additional times, I never received such. Despite being told numerous times "it won't take long" or "someone from finance will be right with you", I was there for over 3 hours. Despite buying a "Certified" used car, I was sold a car with the fuel light on (I was so pissed I took a photo of it on my cell phone with intentions of posting it on FB), half-empty washer fluid reservoir, and no front license plate mounting bracket. Prior to my visit, my carpool partner said that if I had good experience he'd buy a car there also. He bought his next car within a week from Mike Shaw just down the road from this place and had the best no pressure car buying experience I've ever heard of - bar none. So to recap: Heuberger made a promise it didn't keep; disrespected me, my time and that of my carpool partner; sold me a "Certified" car without the standard legal requirements for operating it in CO, and for which I had to immediately add fuel to and perform basic maintenance on. I recently purchased a vehicle from Clint at Heuberger. I had never ordered a car from out of state before and was a little nervous, but Clint made it easy. The price he gave me was simply unbeatable, and he sent me updates via text throughout the entire process. I worked with Dawn for the paperwork portion and she was very friendly. This was my first time buying a car from Heuberger Motors and it was a very pleasant experience. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles through an internet salesman and will never do it any other way. When I was calling around town to several different dealerships, I remembered that my friend had bought a car from Heuberger, so I gave them a call. Clint Earhart beat my best quote by a few grand and therefore the fact that this dealer was over an hour away was ok by me. Clint was very helpful, friendly, courteous, professional and fun to deal with. If anyone is in the market for a new Subaru, I would definitely recommend Clint. I love my new STI! Thanks Clint! More

I found Clint on IWSTI.COM when I went looking for information on the Subaru WRX STI that I was interested in buying. After being on the site for just a day or two I started noticing a lot of posts f information on the Subaru WRX STI that I was interested in buying. After being on the site for just a day or two I started noticing a lot of posts from Clint and right away you could tell he was passionate about the brand and willing to answer any questions people had whether they were potential customers or not. I liked the no pressure, here's what I can do for you approach. I've bought multiple cars the standard way of going to the dealership and negotiating, negotiating, negotiating until they just wore you down or you walked away. I had gone to a local dealership in my area and wasn't impressed with the price or the experience and quickly went back online and contacted Clint. This was my first time buying a car over the internet and I wasn't sure how it would work out. From that first email to the subsequent texts, phone calls, forum posts, face time chats, and even videos showing my new STI rolling off the truck the whole experience has been the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had and would highly recommend anyone looking for a great deal on a Subaru and a great car buying experience in general contact Clint. Once I'd agreed to the price, options, etc. Clint handed me over to Dawn in Finance. If you've ever bought a car you know this is the place you dread because this is where they come after you hard for the extras and suddenly your great deal isn't so great anymore. Not in this case, not at all. I talked to Dawn several times over the phone and each time it was easy and enjoyable with no hard sell pressure tactics. She quickly got me a better rate than I had through my credit union and got me the paperwork the next day via FEDEX. All the paperwork was correct the first time and easy to follow with no hidden surprises. Again, another great experience. More
