I've given the ratings I have because I was told by Mark Way that I would be contacted about financing on Wed 8/7/2013. I waited until Wed 8/13/2013 until I finally emailed him back. It was then that M Mark Way that I would be contacted about financing on Wed 8/7/2013. I waited until Wed 8/13/2013 until I finally emailed him back. It was then that Mark Way informed me that I had been denied my financing and also that the car I wanted was sold on Thursday 8/8/2013. I feel it was very unprofessional of Mark Way to not email me back for a whole week. Also the car I wanted had sold and he hadn't informed me of that either. I cannot recommend Mark Way because of his unprofessionality. If I ever go back to this dealership I will not be working with Mark Way. More
I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in the past, so when I made the decision to start looking for a new vehicle, I dreaded the th I have had some very bad experiences with car dealers in the past, so when I made the decision to start looking for a new vehicle, I dreaded the thought of having to enter the "shark tank" again. Most dealers use aggressive selling tactics in an effort to get the most out their buyer. Women are commonly targets for over zealous dealers hoping to take advantage of inexperienced or unprepared buyers. However, my experience with Clint was different. After brief communication through emails and a phone conversation, I set up a time to stop by the dealership. Much to my surprise, Clint was waiting for me at the door, and had already gathered much of the information I needed. After directing me to the coffee shop (yes, coffee shop), Clint appraised my old car. Unfortunately, my previous vehicle had some very serious underlying conditions which decreased its value by quite a bit. Unlike most dealers who tend to say, "take it or leave it," Clint explained in detail what the car was worth, exactly what would have to be done to make the car sellable, and how much they would be selling it for. After a quick discussion, I decided that the estimate was correct. Clint was also able to tell me exactly what the new "Subaru of my dreams" would cost and how I could potentially cut back on costs if I found the price too steep. We went out into the lot, and I was able to see all of the potential choices in real life. Thanks to a huge selection, I found exactly what I was looking for. The price that Clint came up with was actually under my estimate, and even beat the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds value! Clint was not only extremely knowledgeable, but patient as well. He knew that the product he was selling was a quality product, being sold at the very best price available. There was no need to be pushy or to haggle for the best deal. It was laid out in simple, factual terms for me to see. I was never once asked if wanted to look at something out of my price range. In fact, Clint had already made sure that taxes and all other fees had already been applied. There were no "surprise" increases at the end of our deal. I paid exactly what Clint said I would pay, and not a penny more. My experience with Clint was truly unique. Not only did I get more options and accessories than I thought I would be able to afford, but I also KNEW that I had paid the correct price for them. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience, knowledge and professionalism that I found in Clint Earhart. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and will plan my future purchases with him and this dealership. More
Patti Hennon helped me today and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, attentive, polite, personable and helpful. I bought a new car (which I wasn't planning to do) because she showed me it was the be was knowledgeable, attentive, polite, personable and helpful. I bought a new car (which I wasn't planning to do) because she showed me it was the best deal for my money. I am thrilled that I was lucky enough to work with her. I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped with financing, but she was also very efficient and helped me to buy various security packages that I think will come in handy. I was looking at Subaru's to compare pricing and came across Heuberger Motors. It was a Sunday afternoon and that evening I had an email from Jennifer. She walked me through the entire process and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I received better feedback and attention from her than I did local dealers. We purchased a car that they had not received yet. Even with shipping costs it was thousands of dollars in savings. Jennifer handled everything and I received progress reports and step by step what I need to do (very little). I am a USAA member.... everyone a Heuberger knows how to work with USAA. When it came time to work with finance Jennifer introduced me to Dawn Patterson. Folks, I have to say purchasing via the internet was FAR less hassle and BS than any dealer in Austin. All documents were FedEx'd and return FedEx envelope. if you are looking for a Subaru... contact Jennifer. I was simply amazed. Take the hassle out. After futile attempts of finding a BRZ in the color & trim that I wanted I was ready to give up,but after doing some reading on the Subarubrzforum I stumbled upon a thread from a member who had purchase trim that I wanted I was ready to give up,but after doing some reading on the Subarubrzforum I stumbled upon a thread from a member who had purchased from Clint & had a good experience.I decided to contact Clint figuring that it couldn't hurt & if I couldn't get the color & trim I wanted I would have to look into another car or settle for one in a different color/trim. I don't remember exactly what day I contacted Clint,but I do know it was about 8 or 9 in the evening & I figured I would need to wait 1 or 2 business days to get a reply. I received a reply that same night & he told me that he had one available in the color/trim I had specified. He called me the next day & told me the price of the car which was a bit mind-boggling since it was about $6,000 less than what the dealers here in Texas were offering & there was no haggling involved either.I put a deposit down to reserve the car & he emailed me the VON. I was a bit nervous since this would be my first out of state purchase for a car,so not being able to see the car before buying it definitely made me a bit uncomfortable. As time went on & I read other reviews from several people who purchased out of state through Clint who had good experience made me feel at ease.Being an out-of-state buyer you don't meet the sales person,so it can be impersonal but it seems that Clint goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of & they can reach him at all times. He gives you his cellphone number,his e-mail address in addition to his number at the dealership. Clint sent me a picture of the car when it arrived & then I works with Dawn in financing. Working with Dawn was simple since she wasn't trying to push me on anything she did offer all the extras( extended warranty,windshield repair,etc) all to which I said I wasn't interested in & that was that. I did obtain my own financing & Dawn did match my interest rate,but I decided to stick with my own financing. Clint checked in with me through the whole process even after the car was shipped. I'm glad I stumbled onto that review since the best price I was offered in Texas was $33,000 & that's with a $500 "discount" if I purchased in a color I didn't want.That price doesn't include tax,title & license either.I received a call from Accelerated Shipping on Friday,August 2nd stating the car would be leaving the dealership that evening & out for delivery on Monday I received a call on Sunday evening from the driver saying he could deliver the car at 10:30 that evening,but I opted not to since I wanted to be able to do a walk around of the car & it would be easier in daylight & so it was delivered on Monday at 1. Were there marks,scratches or anything of that nature on the car? No. Was it dirty? Yes,but that was expected. The driver who delivered the car was nice as well.I still can't believe I have this car it'll kick in once the monthly payments do,but still I can't help but smile every time I walk past it! Overall,the experience was a pleasant one & I'm grateful to have found Clint/Heuberger Motors!(: More
This is my first "new" car buying experience. Like others I was first worried about the whole process of buying a new car out of state. Clint made it very easy for me. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, that helped in my decision to go ahead and order my new car through Clint. I've had some pretty negative experiences at my local dealerships and almost gave up on buying a Subaru. That is until I came across Clint in one of the popular forums when searching online. All I can say is I am so glad I found him. His prices can't be beat in my local area, even with shipping the car to me. Dawn also helped get me an awesome rate! I am definitely coming back next time I am in the market for a new Subaru. More

After visiting a few local dealerships looking at the BRZ and trying to get a reasonable price I almost gave up, everyone near me was low volume HIGH margin dealers. It wasn't until I was browsing a forum I had been recently found that I saw "Purchase from Clint Earhart from Heuberger Motors" thread that I got some hope. Read through the entire thread, never even crossed my mind to ever purchase a vehicle from across the country without seeing it. I read example and example of individuals doing such a thing, so I decided to send Clint an e-mail and see what his price was. Emailed him on a weekend and got a call Monday afternoon, didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me his price. Within 20 minutes of the first call he found the color and trim with a 6 speed manual that I wanted. The next day he had the car on his lot and sent me a picture of my car. Fast forward 3 weeks, I fly out to Colorado Springs to pick my car up and it couldn't have played out any better. As soon as I landed a car was outside to pick me up and drive me to the dealership where I met Clint who had my car all ready to go once I went through the paperwork. Took a tour of the dealership, spent tops 20-25 minutes on the fine details of the paperwork and was on the road in no time. I would never have guessed buying a car would be that easy and simple but Clint and Heuberger Motors made it that way. Thank you again Clint. More
I can't say enough good things about Clint and Heuberger Subaru. After deciding to buy a new WRX and calling several dealerships in my area, I read a bunch of posts on one of the forums talking a Heuberger Subaru. After deciding to buy a new WRX and calling several dealerships in my area, I read a bunch of posts on one of the forums talking about how Clint was the best and his prices couldn't be beat. I decided to give him a call just to compare prices, but after hearing his offer, there was no way I was going anywhere else - he was thousands less than the lowest price I was quoted by every other dealership around me. The best part was his offer included extra options that I didn't think I'd be able to afford based on the other dealerships pricing. One more phone call and the deal was made. I was told it would be in within 6 weeks, and was excited to hear that it came in a few days early. As soon as the car came in a got a text from Clint with a picture of the car, and an immediate update with the shipping information (as I'm an out of state buyer). Since I wasn't paying cash, I had to find financing for the car. I was told by Clint that I'd be talking to Dawn and that she would hook me up with a great deal on financing. Having been screwed by a dealership financing departments before, I was pretty skeptical, but my experience so far had been great so I just rolled with it... I'm glad I did. Dawn ended up getting me financing that couldn't even be touched by any place I had been pre-approved at before hearing from her. After agreeing to the terms, Dawn overnighted the paperwork to me with a self address return envelope for me to send it back. Everything looked legit, there were no shady numbers thrown in to make the deal look better than it was like I've experienced at other dealerships. I signed the paperwork, sent it back overnight, and everything was finalized. As soon as the paperwork was processed I got another text from Clint, this time with a video of the car as they were prepping it for the truck to be shipped. All in all, I would recommend Clint, Dawn and Heuberger Motors to any of my family or friends if they're looking for a Subaru. The entire process, from start to finish, was the best car buying experience I have ever had. These guys are in a league of their own when it comes to price, customer service and attention to detail. I wish I had found them years ago! More
