I was in the market for a BRZ, I lived in Alaska and the experience at the local Subaru dealership was terrible. I had seen on an Internet forum that Clint was selling cars at a reasonable price and buyers experience at the local Subaru dealership was terrible. I had seen on an Internet forum that Clint was selling cars at a reasonable price and buyers were very happy. I called Clint asking him about a specific type of BRZ. Due to the popularity of the car he did not have any available that I wanted but a shipment of cars was arriving the following month. He quoted me a ridiculously low price. And I was flabbergasted at how inexpensive it was compared to other dealers. When the car arrived Clint sent pictures of the vehicle. Everything was done through phone and mail so all the specifics were hashed out over the phone and the docs were sent by overnight mail on a saturday to my location. The car was then shipped to me after all the paperwork was taken care of. The process of mailing and doing all the paperwork and getting the car shipped was a little bit longer than I expected, but they are a high-volume dealership and they had about 30 different cars/people they were taking care of at the same time, so it's understandable that it took a couple days longer than I initially expected. The very small wait was definitely worth it. Dawn In financing was easy to work with and sold her products without being pushy. I had a great overall experience! For my next WRX, STI or BRZ I will definitely be returning to them buy a new car. More
We made a visit to Heuberger Motors on 08/31/2013 because our old Subaru had to be retired after 163,000 miles. We, like many others were not sure what we wanted so we sat down with Randy and just talked about our needs before we even started looking. He was very understanding and offered us several options. We walked the used lot looking for the right car without success. After a short time, we discussed a new unit, Randy had all the answers and was not the "pushy" type, he listened and showed us cars that were within our budget, and payment range. My wife fell in love with a 2013 Impreza, with the premium and all weather packages, we were very surprised to see the 30+MPG rating and safety features the car came "stock" with. At last we found the car we had been looking for, now for the financial details to be worked out, (hummm I hate this part), We really liked that we weren't stuffed into a tiny little office and then told our payment was much higher than we had discussed, or they needed more money down to make it work, but rather everything we discussed was just as it was going to be. During this time we were made comfortable at a desk on the sales floor, where Dawn from finance came to us, and explained all the details of each protection package and talked with us like we were friends, not a number or another notch in the days business totals, and we still had a payment that fit our budget, we also added the maintenance package, glass protection, and custom tinted windows to the deal, and was it still within our budget . Our overall experience was better than any we had in the past, we have already determined that when our older car gets to the point that we need to replace it that we will be going back to Heuberger Motors to buy another new vehicle, hopefully from the same crew. There are so many options to buying a new car , and so many different dealerships out there to choose from, but after what we experienced I would recommended Heuberger Motors to all my family and friends. After you see how they operate, you'll find that they have set the bar for buying a car very high, and no other dealership we have dealt with has even come close to Heuberger Motors. After all the red tape was completed Randy went over all the books, service schedule, tire warranty, roadside assistance, each and every button in the car, opened every door, and every option was covered in detail, and his knowledge was impressive. Thank You Randy Bailey for all your hard work, and making our buying experience such a wonderful one!! More

Dealing with Clint, Dawn, and Eric was a fantastic experience. My car search began about two months ago. Ultimately, I decided on the Subaru BRZ and began getting quotes from dealership around my area. Unfortunately, this car is just so hard to find! I couldn't even find one to test drive! Ultimately, I just took its twin for a few spin. Anyways, long story short, I came to the point where I was ready to purchase one, except, it went back to the problem that none of the dealership around me have the one I wanted in stock! Now, I've been lurking on the ft86 forum for quite some time but never saw the dealer section. One day, I happened to stumble upon it and saw the Heuberger ads. I checked their inventory and holy smoke, I don't know why they have so many choices while all the dealers around me are empty! At first, I was extremely skeptical of ordering a car, let alone, my first car online! So I began to do my research on the dealership and have found raving reviews for Clint both on the forum and on this site. I still remember... It was a saturday night (8 or 9 pm EDT), I finally emailed Clint with my info for a quote. He got back to me almost immediately! I was completely surprised! And the price he listed was absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! My jaws literally dropped and I just went and told him let's get my deposit down and told him I would call him Monday to do that. After that, the process was really smooth. I called Clint up on Monday to figure out if he was for real with the price and asked a bit about the procedure for titling/registration/shipping. Once all that was done, he told me to call the general manager, Eric, to lay my deposit down. Eric was a great guy too. Easy to talk to and asked him some more questions that popped into my head and he was extremely friendly in answering them. Then it was just a waiting game for the car to arrive at their dealership so they can process it and send me my paperwork. That Friday, Clint texted a pic of my car! I asked him what the next steps were. This was where Dawn came in. I will sound like a broken record, but she is also super friendly and professional. I wasn't expecting her to call me Friday night at 8 pm EDT to talk about finance and getting my paperwork finish! She let me know she was checking for finance options and was honest and recommended me to go with my own finance options because she wasn't able to match my bank. I definitely appreciated that honesty. She was not pushy and merely listed facts for me to decide. After talking with her again on Monday, I promptly got my paperwork the next day. Finally, when everything was all said and done, my car is on its truck making its way to me! Woohoo! If anyone from the dealership reads this, thank you again for everyone's help and making this so easy for me. Definitely recommend other people looking to buy cars to talk to you guys! More

Dealing with Clint was hands down the easiest most straightforward transaction I have ever had. Although I am comfortable buying a car from out of state, Clint's communication is so good and responsive that even someone with doubts or concerns would be put at ease. Take every negative stereotype you can think of about car sales people and be prepared for the complete opposite if you deal with Clint. The price was incredible. Even shipping the car to California, the price was significantly less than what I could get locally. Any time I am in the market for a Subaru, Clint will have my business: if he sold other brands I was interested in, I would call him first! I have already referred others to him. Dawn handled all the paperwork professionally and did not give me a hard sell on "extras". Clint moves so many cars she does get busy and it might take her a few hours to call you back...seems she is always writing up deals...a good problem to have. She overnighted my paperwork so I could complete it before a trip I was taking. More

I put down a deposit on a car after receiving an internet quote, and was constantly kept informed about the cars status and the deal even though I was out of state. I flew in and picked up the car and everything was exactly how we discussed, the finance department even beat the rates at my local credit union! The quality of Clints service as a salesman was the best I've ever experienced and hes truly one of the best in the industry! More

Unfortunately, he did not posses the exact car I wanted at the moment, but would keep in touch in case he did. Two weeks later I get an email from him saying he got my desired car. Called him up immediately and placed my deposit. I simply could not pass up the price he offered. I had to wait about a month for the car to arrive, but Clint was very communicative with me during the process. The necessary documents I was trying to send were not being transferred properly, but he was patient enough to work through it with me. He was also kind enough to arrange transportation for me and my friend from the Denver airport to the dealership (about 1.5 hours driving!) I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted with an open bar (no alcohol as it is still a CAR dealership after all). The whole car buying experience was completely painless. Clint was upfront, straightforward, and crystal clear. There were no tricks, illusions, or pushing me into something I didn't want nonsense whatsoever. The car was ready for me just how I wanted and I did not have to experience any hassle. This was the first car I have ever bought new from a dealership and it couldn't have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend contacting Clint if you are interested in getting a BRZ yourself. More

I went in to investigate the process and test drive and walked out with a car with absolutely no high pressure at all. I felt everything was very fair. Totally novice for car purchasing, but Clint at Heuberger made the entire process super easy and smooth. It started when I was looking for a new car online. I was not really looking for a subaru at the time but it was definitely in the list of choices. Then I started to read the forums to see if the subaru wrx really worth getting, as I read the reviews on these forums I came across an order thread by Clint on IWSTI for Heuberger. This is my first time buying a car and never thought you can order a car that's not in the lot yet. So I did a little research for reviews and if the dealer was real hahaha! Then I finally emailed Clint about what wrx are available, I originally wanted a white one but because I was too slow in reserving it I reserved for a silver one. The process was super easy, no hassle and it wasn't rushed. All the things that I need to give to Clint are listed on the order thread, so it was straight forward. When the time comes for me to pick up the car there was a slight problem because I was a first time buyer. I waited for this car for two weeks already(I know it's not that long) but I really wanted to get the car that day. Clint texted me and said the deal might get pushed to next Monday because of difficulties getting me approved, but the Heuberger team pulled through and got me approved. Once I got there Clint welcomed us, showed me the car first hahaha then he have us a tour of the dealer and we got free lemonade! After that, me and my uncle signed some papers to finish the deal and I get to drive my new WRX home! :D. Clint is truly an amazing salesman, even my uncle said,"this guy is good, he didn't give us any hard time at all. WOW!" Thanks so much Clint! More
