I put down a deposit on a car after receiving an internet quote, and was constantly kept informed about the cars status and the deal even though I was out of state. I flew in and picked up the car and everything was exactly how we discussed, the finance department even beat the rates at my local credit union! The quality of Clints service as a salesman was the best I've ever experienced and hes truly one of the best in the industry! More
I was in the market for a BRZ, but living in California made it almost impossible. The price mark ups here were ridiculous so I decided to do some shopping out of state. Unfortunately, he did not posses the exact car I wanted at the moment, but would keep in touch in case he did. Two weeks later I get an email from him saying he got my desired car. Called him up immediately and placed my deposit. I simply could not pass up the price he offered. I had to wait about a month for the car to arrive, but Clint was very communicative with me during the process. The necessary documents I was trying to send were not being transferred properly, but he was patient enough to work through it with me. He was also kind enough to arrange transportation for me and my friend from the Denver airport to the dealership (about 1.5 hours driving!) I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted with an open bar (no alcohol as it is still a CAR dealership after all). The whole car buying experience was completely painless. Clint was upfront, straightforward, and crystal clear. There were no tricks, illusions, or pushing me into something I didn't want nonsense whatsoever. The car was ready for me just how I wanted and I did not have to experience any hassle. This was the first car I have ever bought new from a dealership and it couldn't have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend contacting Clint if you are interested in getting a BRZ yourself. More

I went in to investigate the process and test drive and walked out with a car with absolutely no high pressure at all. I felt everything was very fair. Totally novice for car purchasing, but Clint at Heuberger made the entire process super easy and smooth. It started when I was looking for a new car online. I was not really looking for a subaru at the time but it was definitely in the list of choices. As I look around the Internet most of the wrx that were listed were priced about the same as the msrp with 10k-20k miles already on it. Then I started to read the forums to see if the subaru wrx really worth getting, as I read the reviews on these forums I came across an order thread by Clint on IWSTI for Heuberger. This is my first time buying a car and never thought you can order a car that's not in the lot yet. So I did a little research for reviews and if the dealer was real hahaha! Then I finally emailed Clint about what wrx are available, I originally wanted a white one but because I was too slow in reserving it I reserved for a silver one. The process was super easy, no hassle and it wasn't rushed. All the things that I need to give to Clint are listed on the order thread, so it was straight forward. When the time comes for me to pick up the car there was a slight problem because I was a first time buyer. I waited for this car for two weeks already(I know it's not that long) but I really wanted to get the car that day. Clint texted me and said the deal might get pushed to next Monday because of difficulties getting me approved, but the Heuberger team pulled through and got me approved. Once I got there Clint welcomed us, showed me the car first hahaha then he have us a tour of the dealer and we got free lemonade! After that, me and my uncle signed some papers to finish the deal and I get to drive my new WRX home! :D. Clint is truly an amazing salesman, even my uncle said,"this guy is good, he didn't give us any hard time at all. WOW!" Thanks so much Clint! More

Sent him an email on Friday, and he responded on a Saturday saying that they didn't have the color car I was looking for, but that he would check around with other dealers in the area to see if they did. I got a call from him on Monday, telling me that a dealer in the area did have what I was looking for, and about 30 seconds later he gave me a ridiculously low price on the car. No hassle, no haggle, here's the price. I live in NY, and even after shipping, the cost of the vehicle was lower than anything I could find around here. Clint was very responsive the entire time, sent me multiple pictures of the car, and made sure it was taken car of. Much of the same can be said for Dawn Patterson on the finance side. Very pleasant to speak with, didn't try to sell you everything under the sun. Quick and painless. In short, no haggle, no hassle, no aggravation. Pleasant experience through and through. More

We told Herman up front that we weren't ready to purchase for another few months but wanted to try out both the Crosstrek and Forester to help solidify our decision. He was polite, helpful and understanding during both test drives and never once pressured us into making a decision or sitting down and discussing options or anything else. It was simply that we were test driving two vehicles that we were trying to decide between and he let us try them out. We will be coming back to this dealership when it is time to buy my new vehicle. But whether it will be the Forester or the Crosstrek is still up for debate and when it is my time to get my wife's new vehicle (a Crosstrek) I'll be coming back here as well.
