Had Clint’s phone number and whenever I call his phone he would reply pretty much immediately. I only call his phone when I have a something serious and he has never let me down. Clint texted me a phone of my car and a video of my car when it was about to be picked up by the shipping company. Dawn was easy work with too. No pressure and every document that required signatures or submitted to DMV was fedex’d overnight. The shipping company was pretty good at keeping me informed. I even had to change the address and they complied with it. Probably my only gripe was seeing my car on top of the fright rack. I would have liked it to be on the bottom and as close to the front as possible. But there doesn't seem to be any damage. Not much else to say. Clint rocks! The 50$ gift card was a very cool. We were lookng to purchase a new Crosstrek at our local We were lookng to purchase a new Crosstrek at our local Ft Worth dealership, they would not have the Orange Crosstrek in stock for 3 or 4 weeks so We were lookng to purchase a new Crosstrek at our local Ft Worth dealership, they would not have the Orange Crosstrek in stock for 3 or 4 weeks so I did a little on-line looking. I found the Heuberger site and priced out the Crosstrek there. They were expecting one in in a week or so, the price quote was over $1,500 less than at Ft Worth and the transaction went off very well. Josh Martin was our saleman, he kept us up to date with the Crosstrek being shipped in, called me as soon as it arrived, had us picked up from our hotel near the airport and everything was ready for us. They were able to beat our credit union financing and Josh took plenty of time to go over everything on the vehicle. This is only the 2nd new vehicle I have purchased in 40 some years of driving because of the hassle I've seen or experienced at dealerships. This was about as hassle free as it goes. I was tentative to purchase a vehicle remotely but Clint and Dawn made the process extremely simple. They even made sure I had all the necessary docs in hand to make CA registration go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Heuburger and Clint again, easily the best car purchase decision I've ever made. I'll never walk into a dealership and play those games again. At that time, the particular BRZ I was looking for wasn’t available and I’d have to put in an order, which would take approximately 3 months. But since I was aiming to get the car by my fiance’s birthday (less than 3 months away), Clint searched and found another dealership he could do a swap with. When I finally made my decision on that swap vehicle, it turned out that Heuberger got an allocation of 2014 BRZs including the particular vehicle I wanted. I put down the deposit immediately! Clint kept me updated on status and when the car finally arrived on the lot, he texted me! Dawn P. helped with all the financial paperwork. She was patient and at no point in my conversations with her did I feel pressured to purchase any add-ons. She got me a great rate and got all the paperwork out to me very quickly. I'm usually very wary of not being able to see my car first before purchasing it, but Clint offered such a great price on the car I couldn't say no. Clint is very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. He would send me pictures of the car, and answered all questions I had about the car and shipping. I thought the process to buy a car out of state would be confusing, but it was actually a lot easier and faster than dealing with my local dealerships. Clint's prices beats any Subaru dealership in CA, and even with shipping the price was very reasonable and below what my local dealerships were offering. Paperwork was sent with Fedex overnight, and after all the paperwork is completed Clint will contact you and let you know the car will be released for shipping! I waited about a week for the car to come to me. Shipping was very professional and the car was not damaged during transport. Overall, I felt like the wait was well worth it. Clint is probably the only sales person that I have not found overtly pushy about me making a purchase, he was patient and informed me about which cars the dealership had in stock and which options the cars had. He did not force me to make a purchase on any vehicle, and worked with me to get a car of my choice. Luckily, the car I wanted was already on the lot so that just made everything much faster and I got my car in no time at all. Response from January Brooks with Internet Sales was immediate and there was no negotiating necessary to get their best price for a new Subaru BRZ upfront - including exact accessories desired. David Anthony also was very professioinal in quickly answering a follow-up question on behalf of January. My delivery included the addition of aftermarket wheels and snowtires, which was seamlessly handled by January and the service department, who presented me with a perfectly detailed vehicle on pick-up day. Heuberger's delivery crew also graciously provided transportation to and from the Colorado Springs airport, despite extremely nasty weather conditions. Driver Jerry was very personable and professional, as was Colin, who took me out to get a rental car the previous week. January Brooks was a real pleasure to deal with and extremely thorough; patiently answering my many questions, following-up on final details and spending an extensive amount of time making sure I was familiar with the features/operation of the BRZ.
