Recent internet/out of state purchaser here. After reading and hearing about Clint I wasn’t too apprehensive about ordering a car from an out of state dealer, but there was a lot of hype to live up to reading and hearing about Clint I wasn’t too apprehensive about ordering a car from an out of state dealer, but there was a lot of hype to live up to. The good news is that it lived up to that hype! The pricing was even better than I imagined it would be. Clint’s customer service was fantastic and he was almost always available and got back with me very quickly with me even if he wasn’t. He was great to deal with. In my past car purchases the financing department have not been all that great to deal with. Not this time. Dawn on the financing side was wonderful. She gave me a great rate, wasn’t pushy about extras or add-ons and got the paperwork to me quickly. You can’t really go wrong working with Clint and Dawn. I highly recommend them and would do business again. More

Test drove a used Subaru was looking at a vehicle with a 6 cylinder, changed mind about car. Inquired about similar vehicle with a 6 in a new model Salesman quoted a price of $28,000 even before entering t 6 cylinder, changed mind about car. Inquired about similar vehicle with a 6 in a new model Salesman quoted a price of $28,000 even before entering the building! Once inside price changed by $ 2000.00 dollars! When I attempted a negotiation suddenly there were none available ! Go online multiple vehicles were listed with 6 cylinder engines! Being the only Subaru dealer in Colorado Springs should be investigated why no one else has entered this market! Their practices are below par! More

I was rather new to the whole phone / internet buying though, so I can understand the apprehension a lot of people go through when dealing with this, and I'm happy to say that nothing went wrong, and everything went smoothly! There was some lack of communication, but I understand Clint and the Dealer are busy people, and whenever I called, they were always willing to talk to me. Be prepared to not always be in constant communique, and also be patient when dealing with the paperwork. They did a great job mailing everything quickly, so it was rather hassle free, but they didn't do the best job making sure I got "tracking #'s" or when they sent stuff out until I just happened to get it, which often resulted in me being surprised. The only negative thing that stood out was, even though I paid quite a bit of money for the a "Service Fee" that I couldn't avoid, the car still had all the Price Stickers / Flyers, and when I went to remove them, it left that nasty sticky residue on my car window that is a pain to get rid of... I would have hoped, having paid that service, those kind of things would have been removed for me... but oh well, no such thing as perfect. Overall, definitely recommend the dealership, Clint and the people. By far one of my easiest car shopping experiences. More
