So weird buying a car without seeing it first I purchased our 2014 Forester XT Touring from Clint via the internet. Experience was very straightforward with no games over price or pressure at all. I purchased our 2014 Forester XT Touring from Clint via the internet. Experience was very straightforward with no games over price or pressure at all. It was either we wanted the car at the (very fair) price, or not. They overnighted me the paperwork required for the car, along with a pre-labeled return envelope to send back. I arranged for shipping myself as I wanted to have the car shipped on an enclosed trailer to protect it. We are very happy with the experience and would recommend to friends and family that they give Clint a call if they are looking to purchase a new subaru. More

He never pressured us to make a decision and allowed us to investigate which car we wanted to buy at our own pace and in our own way even when we were looking at other car makers. He gave us all the time we needed to test various models. He continued to followup with us in a non pressuring way as we took many weeks to come to a decision and has followed up with us after the sale offering to answer any questions that we may have in the future. Our experience with other auto makers in town were not as positive. They sometimes wanted us to approach car buying their way and on their time table instead of allowing us to follow our approach. Some of the other car companies did not furnish the information we wanted in an easy and timely manner. Our decision to buy a Subaru was based on the car -- features and price -- and also based upon the positive experience we had dealing with Ryan and the other staff. More

I had shopped around and, of course, Heuberger offered me the best price. I wanted a specific model in a specific color with specific options. A little picky, but I was buying a new car. They let me know that they had everything I wanted in stock, but it was a different color. They also let me know that they found one at another dealer that was perfect for me. I opted to wait for the one in the color I wanted, and they were more than happy to get it for me. They all worked together to keep me up to date on when the car would be delivered, and called me as soon as it arrived. Once I went to pick the car up, Josh spent as much time as I needed to go over everything in the car and make sure I knew how to use everything. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. More
