I had shopped around and, of course, Heuberger offered me the best price. I wanted a specific model in a specific color with specific options. A little picky, but I was buying a new car. They let me know that they had everything I wanted in stock, but it was a different color. They also let me know that they found one at another dealer that was perfect for me. I opted to wait for the one in the color I wanted, and they were more than happy to get it for me. They all worked together to keep me up to date on when the car would be delivered, and called me as soon as it arrived. Once I went to pick the car up, Josh spent as much time as I needed to go over everything in the car and make sure I knew how to use everything. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. More

After ringing up Clint directly, he got me settled and off to Mark with exactly the car I was looking for. I also had a last minute change to the car specifications that I needed to make, and both Clint and Mark were on the ball and ready to help make those changes happen. I placed an order with Clint for a 2015 STi Limited. He was straight to the point, offered great pricing and financing, and was very easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately, due to some unforseen circumstances I was unable to go forward with the purchase of the car. Clint was very understanding and didn't pressure me at all and submitted a request to process my deposit refund. I am impressed by his honesty, work ethic, and true consideration for his customer's needs and situations. Once I'm ready to buy again, I will definitely be coming here; as well as reccomending them to everyone I know. The auto sales world needs more people like you. Thanks, Clint. More
Straightforward, Will Definitely Go Back I am always a little uneasy about buying a used car. There is always a type of three-card monte air about used car dealerships when you get there and I am always a little uneasy about buying a used car. There is always a type of three-card monte air about used car dealerships when you get there and they shuffle things around and try to see how much they can pry for how little. That said, this is the first time I have initiated contact by internet prior to purchase and had someone work with me ahead of coming to the lot and it made ALL the difference. First, If Ken hadn't been as respectful and helpful as he was, I might not have ever gone to the dealership. I love their cars, but I hate playing games with salespeople - especially when I have access to a car buying service. Second, it was great able to tell him exactly what I wanted and in what price range and how long I could hold out to buy. And he was both lucky enough to find it and responsive enough to let me know as soon as he had a good candidate. Once we had the car selected, it was a straightforward experience. If you're happy, we're happy, here's the price, here's the paperwork. I cannot express how much I appreciate not being oversold. The car is low mileage, super well maintained, drives well, and is at a great price. What else can you ask for? If it's a good product,it sells itself. Ken made it very easy for the car to sell itself. The only negative thus far.... I had my daughter with me for the paperwork part of things and I specifically pointed out that not once did anyone utter, "We'll do what we have to to get you into this car." And then the financing lady said just that. I would recommend all dealerships instill in their employees how offputting that phrase is. I had purchased some extras for the vehicle and just wanted to know what the new principal would be. I did not appreciate being given the monthly payment amount after asking for the loan amount. I should not have to ask twice for information, particularly information that I'm paying for. Only the phenomenally ill-informed fall for the "This is how low we can get your monthly payments" thing and it's a little insulting to have it presented that way. But that's how some people deal with money and despite that little issue even that person (Dawn?) was actually very nice and patient with us for buying a car late on the last day of the month. The overall experience was very good and I hope Ken is still there in a couple of years when we come back for a new car. A business lives and dies by its reputation and I would definitely do business with him and this dealership again and will recommend them to friends. More
I have bought 2 Subaru's from Rob over the last 3 months. And Dawn was the fiance manager for both. I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience I had with both of them! We even drove to Colorado Springs from Santa Fe, NM for the second purchase just to meet Rob, and as it turned out Dawn as well! Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous. . .the list could go on and on to describe Rob and Dawn. I will recommend Heuberger to anyone in the market for a new Subaru! David ensured through his hard work and dedication to ensure that we ended up with the car we really wanted. He exhausted many hours researching and tracking down the car we were wanting. David was very prompt in getting back to us when we had questions and went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. We do have issues with the process once the finance department became involved. We were registering our car in Oregon and there was no need to complete paperwork for the State of Colorado (which we verified with the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles). The first finance representative (Michael) told us that the car had to be registered in Colorado and then transferred to Oregon, which was not the case and he insisted that we complete all the paperwork for the State of Colorado. We believe this was just to ensure that Heuberger Motors could collect the additional $389.00 for license, tags, and registration for the State of Colorado. We are the ones that did all the paperwork required to license, tag, and register the vehicle in Oregon. We believe this is a deceitful practice on part of Heuberger Motors for military personnel who are registering their vehicles out of state and complete all the paperwork themselves. Jackie was the one who did most of the work helping us get what we needed to get the car registered in Oregon. The time and amount of work that was completed by Heuberger Motors was no where close to earning the $389.00 we were charged, especiallyy since we completed the majority of the paperwork ourselves. We would recommend David to anyone looking to buy a car from Heuberger Motors, we would not on the other hand recommend Heuberger Motors as a whole. More
