I dropped my vehicle off the night before filling out the envelope that you deposit your keys into, I printed on the envelope "I need to fax over my car insurance" as this is a car I really don't drive and h envelope that you deposit your keys into, I printed on the envelope "I need to fax over my car insurance" as this is a car I really don't drive and hadn't put the new docs in the vehicle. Started calling the shop at 8 am no answer I finally get someone at around 1:15 only to be told that the guys who do emissions were leaving in 34 minutes and couldn't do the inspection due to not having the insurance or registration for the car. I was told they'd been calling me, when transferred to the cashier I asked what number they had for me she rambled off a number I'd never heard of, I then mentioned I printed the number on the envelope that my key was inside of I can here Ron in the back saying the voicemail kept coming on well if you'll look at the pictures attached the ONLY calls made between Hessert and me were the ones I made to them all day long! They never called my phone. So now I'm left with finding somewhere to get an inspection done on a Sunday. They certainly made sure to do that $80 oil change though! Customer service here sucks. I'll definitely be finding another repair shop to main my vehicles. This isn't the first time I've had customer service issues with them, not to mention the long wait time! More
I’ve been coming here for a couple years just for state inspections. I don’t even have a new vehicle, they just deliver consistent service, which I appreciate.
