Dissatisfied Customer I had a 9 am appointment for which I arrived on time. Now its 10:32 am and they are still "just putting 2 screws" in trunk latch. Horrible. Almost suffered an accident on cottman after service of car Brake caliper came off while driving with son in the car. This happened 2 days after having car serviced. Called for a week got no remedy. Car damaged while serviced. Brought in my 2009 vehicle for the takata airbag recall. After the service was completed the left and right HVAC controls would no longer illuminate. Brought in my 2009 vehicle for the takata airbag recall. After the service was completed the left and right HVAC controls would no longer illuminate. I was told by the service MANAGER that because it is a 10 year old car, they would not take responsibility for the damage caused by replacing the air bag. Utterly dissatisfied. More

Worst car shopping experience ever My wife and I were in search of a specific 2018 Traverse. I called to see if they had it in the color we wanted. I was informed that they did have o My wife and I were in search of a specific 2018 Traverse. I called to see if they had it in the color we wanted. I was informed that they did have one in stock. Even though we do not live close, my wife and I headed down Roosevelt Blvd to see it (and likely purchase if they had it). The salesman had called me before our arrival to let me know they had what we were looking for. Upon arrival, the salesman was utterly confused. He started telling me about the Silverado. Fine. When I told him he had the wrong person, he continued to mumble incoherently. Anyway, he walked away without talking to us, only to come back and tell us "we sold the one you called about on Saturday, but we have another one that is exactly the same". With that, he walked away, only to return 15 minutes later to tell us he had in a different color. We were very clear with what we came for. While trying the leave, a manager came over and said "how can I help get you into your new Equinox tonight". Seriously? No one pays any attention here. They are either incompetent or just do not care. The icing on the cake - the salesman continues to call and text me about the exciting deals on the Silverados! And my wife and I did actually buy a new Traverse at another dealer! More
