Terrible service. They forgot to update me on the status of my vehicle and it had to stay over night. The paper work said it should have only been a two hour job. I was on hold for over 40 mins total afte of my vehicle and it had to stay over night. The paper work said it should have only been a two hour job. I was on hold for over 40 mins total after speaking to three different people. I had to call for an update, and Paul didn’t even know the vehicle was “His”. After connecting, The guy Paul forgot to place me on a mute hold and I overheard him mocking my last name. Extremely unprofessional.They gave me no help on getting a loaner vehicle, and no assistance on coming back to get my car a day later for their negligence. More
Took my 2021 Equinox because it sounded like it was going on neutral when traffic slowed down and pick back up, the 1st day they had car for 3 hours and couldn't find anything. I ended up taking technician o on neutral when traffic slowed down and pick back up, the 1st day they had car for 3 hours and couldn't find anything. I ended up taking technician on drive myself so he could see the problem, he then determined it needed a transmission and I was asked to come back 2nd day at 8:30 am so they could "record" the issue and get approval from GM to replace transmission. 2nd day I bring back at 8:30 am and get car back at 4 pm saying there was nothing wrong with car and system had to relearn itself and software needed to be updated. When I arrived to get vehicle and had questions, not only was representative rude but was very dismissive in answering questions saying I could come back and ask for him if there was an issue. I told him if I had to come back, I'd be asking for a manager instead. More
