I have been coming to this Chevrolet dealer for years and purchased all my cars from here,; but every now and then they get shady. I just bought a 2025 Chevy Trax some months back, when it was cooler out and purchased all my cars from here,; but every now and then they get shady. I just bought a 2025 Chevy Trax some months back, when it was cooler outside and now that it’s just turning summer I realize that they sold me brand new 2025 Chevy Trax with a broken air conditioner!! What in the world! It’s going to be scorching dangerously next week! I don’t believe they did me dirty again! The sales person that sold me the new car charged me like $20 thousand more then the car is worth, but of course I didn’t know until I realized, but I really needed a car! I work in a different state then that I live in. Now! He is trying to get me to buy another brand new car because the air conditioner does not work in my new 2025 car and my car payment might go up! Is he kidding?! I just need them to fix the air conditioner in this new 2025 Chevy Trax!. It was cold outside when I bought it; so I did not think to try the air conditioner. I really like the car! I hope they don’t try to charge me to fix the air conditioner that I never had a chance to use. I only had the car about 5 or 6 months! The salesman John (an older guy there). I think that is his name! He is trying to scam me into buying another new car and raise my car note! This has to be a crime! He must be insane or cram artist! More

I took two of my vehicles in for service on 12/17/24 and 12/19/24. My 2008 suburban needed a check engine light diagnostic and I wanted to program new fobs for my 2023 Traverse. After picking up my traverse 12/19/24. My 2008 suburban needed a check engine light diagnostic and I wanted to program new fobs for my 2023 Traverse. After picking up my traverse and driving home, the next morning my traverse would not start. It appears that the cars anti theft system by gm was activated and an ignition lock was placed so now I have to wait until Monday so Hessert can call GM to lift it. I spoke with the manager Ivon Brown who did accommodate me with a loaner while this issue gets resolved, but I still had to spend unnecessary money on uber to and from work for a total of $90. Today I went in to get the loaner and asked about my other vehicle and if there was a financing program available to get the repairs needed. I needed to get some personal property out of my suburban so I asked a specialist for access. We looked and looked and could not find my suburban. My suburban was no longer at the dealership, which brings me to question now as to where could it be. I was called on Thursday 12/19/24 with regards to the needed services and Saturday morning it’s missing from the dealership. They’re assuming that it was towed and are awaiting confirmation. This is absolutely unacceptable service and irresponsible behaviour. When I leave my vehicle anywhere to be serviced I’m expecting for it to be in the best care. I don’t understand how a dealership displaces a car. And if it was towed as the specialist assumed, why was it towed and why wasn’t I notified. Two cars at this dealership and both are being mishandled at this point. Between the back and forth phone tag and the money spent, I exhausted mentally, financially and physically dealing with them. I’m a UPS driver so I’m not off until that last package is delivered. The last few days I’ve been working without a break, and practically running so I can get off in time to take an uber to the dealership to pick up my car only for it to not be completely functional for me to move forward with my everyday commute. I worked with Ron Santiago I’ve been looking for a brand new car to accommodate my needs, with 4 kids who play sports and love our family road trips I needed something with features. Ron found us just that new car to accommodate my needs, with 4 kids who play sports and love our family road trips I needed something with features. Ron found us just that he got us into a beautiful 2025 equinox he has more than I expected; the kids and I love it. He took his time looking for the right car and he definitely did and left no crumbs like my kids say.
