I spent months researching online and several weeks visiting dealerships. Ended up coming back to Hesser Toyota. I was impressed by their transparency, honesty, and low pressure sales. As they said, the cars really did almost sell themselves. Love the Toyota brand. Highly rated for reliability and customer satisfaction. Even though the Honda CPO warranty is a little bit better than Toyota's, I liked the Rav4 better than the CRV, and Toyota's 0% financing special sealed the deal. My salesperson, Jim Gesselle, was relaxed, funny, helpful, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Hesser Toyota! More
