When we had a question regarding the Rav4 we went to Hunter but he was unavailable, so Carolyn Jones answered the questions. Carolyn Jones sold us the C-HR and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient (we are both in our 80's and don't understand all the technologies). Eric Hesser viewed our trade in and gave us a great trade in value. After the final OK Robert Rocha took care of the paperwork.
