We did not feel that the transaction process went smoothly. We had to ask the same questions several times. We were given a quote for our new car, with our trade in. We had been told that we would receive a $500.00 rebate, but by the time the car arrived, the rebate had expired. After we decided to purchase the car, we were offered Auto Armor, etc. which increased the price by $5,000.00. This should have been discussed with our initial quote. We did not feel that the staff was friendly, but more like we were fortunate to purchase a car. We've purchased other vehicles from Hesser. They were good experiences, this was not. More
