We did not feel that the transaction process went smoothly. We had to ask the same questions several times. We were given a quote for our new car, with our trade in. After we decided to purchase the car, we were offered Auto Armor, etc. which increased the price by $5,000.00. This should have been discussed with our initial quote. We did not feel that the staff was friendly, but more like we were fortunate to purchase a car. We've purchased other vehicles from Hesser. They were good experiences, this was not. More

I bought a used car. Between car and warranty, spent about $37,000. I had to ask for them to clean the middle compartments because they were dirty. When I got home I noticed that the brakes squeaked every time I lifted my foot off the brakes, and car rocks/jolts forward at stop lights/signs. As soon as I gave them my money they went from being super friendly to being downright rude. More
