On the first day they told me not to test drive the car on interstate highway so i did not. they piint me to on a rough bumpy local road, and on the day we bought it, they made a mistake on my car registration, instead of Toyota Corolla LE they registered it with a wrong VIN number which is a Carryall Toyota Van with my wifes name on it. they said they will fix it online, apparently they weren’t able to do it. So, i travelled 45 miles back to Hesser with a wrong plate on front and back, and corrected it. I still have the old registration paper as my collection and proof. But prior to my arrival, I told them that while driving at I-90, i am hearing a Thumping noise at 60 to 70 miles an hour. At first when we got the car my wife drove it and used the back road where she drove really slow like 40 to 50 miles an hour and. my wife know nothing about cars . when i came they said i they have a schedule on next week, i cant wait that long. So, i told them since i still have warranty, i will bring it to Anderson toyota which is near to my place. So I called the Anderson and they were able to put me on the next day, The service person in anderson rotated all the tires, because they think is the tires. so i drove home using I -90 and it is the same but the sound have gotten worse.. so i called Hesser and they have me schedule after two days, so we did not used the car for a while. I called them the next day and told them that this sound like a wheel bearing or drive shaft, At Hesser toyota, I ask one of their Service person to ride with me and after a minute of driving he heard it and ask me to go back to the shop and after few minutes he came out and said, we have it balance the tire. Thiinking that he fixed it did, i drive to home used the I-90 highway it still there the same issue. apparently they dis not fixed it. and that was 2 visit in Just one week. so i went back to them the next day, imagine i been on the road and to their shop since i bought this car. so the guy took it in and came out after more than an hour of waiting and he said we need to replace the rotor and brake pads. there is where i got frustrated because i paid the 22000 something and they did not made this car road trustworthy. so i told them i will bring it back to you, i was a little suspicious if the service people ate knowledgeable or well experience persons or they just trying to rip me off, to get service fees. i just got the car. so i went to Anderson again the next 2 days and have their guy ride with me and the first guy said he can hear loud and clear, ao he reported it is a wheel bearing. upon my conversation with the mechanic person, i found out most of the guys that works inside the shops are college student not the proffesionals. this are student whose experience are nubies, they can damage your car but they will not be responsible. they said they change the wheel bearing and yhey had me signed a paper atating that they will work with my warranty company, i was suspicious about it insutance company is like amilking cow. so i went home and but having the same problem, i am pretty sure it is the drive shaft issue, because the Anderson said it is not the brakes ot rotor. ao the next day i brought it back again to Anderson and they said after checking it, that the tire threads are uneven, close but not really because if it was my tire, if i drive on a smoother riad like the highways, i should have heard it right away on a 30 to 50 miles an hour but no, i only hear the thumping noise when i rev up to 60 to 70 miles an hour, and not only that when go uphill or downhil it vibrate and the noise gets louder, mostlikely this is a Transmission or driveshaft issue. which they always says of we certified that. you can easily say we certified but you will look for loophole to excuse themselves for any responsibilities if they will not make money out of their scam. My advice to all Car buyers, buy a car elsewhere not with toyota dealership, especially this one. i will be posting more to different site and media platforms about this issue. because i wasted my 5 days of work and gas and time, and get no good result from them. First time taking my car to Hesser for oil change and the cruise needed fixing. I was told they needed to order a part for the cruise and it would be 2 business days to get the part. We waited over a week called on Monday turns out the part was not ordered it would be 2 business days and the service writer would call us to explain what happened. Here is it Thursday no call or part. I guess they do not need new business. More

Only dealer who agreed to get me one without market adjustment fees or costly unwanted options. In March of 22, the truck was in transit. From Ed Taroli. Internet sales manager, Shelton Tripp, salesman, and Jeff the GM along with the entire staff were courteous professionals. Great job Hesser Toyota. Best all around dealer by far! More

I had the greatest pleasure working with Jim Gesselle at Hesser Toyota. 10/10 would recommend you ask for him. We had to wait . ... and wait .... and wait ... for our 2022 Highlander Hybrid because of the computer chip supply issue. But Carolyn Jones kept us in the loop the ent ... and wait .... and wait ... for our 2022 Highlander Hybrid because of the computer chip supply issue. But Carolyn Jones kept us in the loop the entire time, and now we have a very fine car with the interior and exterior colors and trim line that we want. We appreciated the help General Sales Manager Jeff Sundlin gave us as well. My husband has purchased many cars from this dealership over the years due to Hesser's great customer service and Toyota's quality cars. More
