I worked with Nicole Sigmund to buy my car. She had the car pulled around for a test drive and answered all my questions before I hit the road for a test drive. After visiting more than 5 Toyota dealers, I drove here for over an hour to find the vehicle I needed. I have bought numerous vehicles in my life and this was the worst experience by far. If you decide to purchase from Hesser, you better hope you don’t have any issues. Because once you pay them and drive the worst experience by far. If you decide to purchase from Hesser, you better hope you don’t have any issues. Because once you pay them and drive off the lot, they will not lift a finger to try and fix an issue discovered the day after you get the vehicle home. I didn’t see an issue with the paint (later determined by a body shop to be some sort of chemical burn/acid on the paint) at their dealership on my test drive because the vehicle was dirty. And I didn’t see any issue when I took delivery of the vehicle because they had the vehicle outside in the dark at night for me to pick up. So when I discovered the issue the next day when the vehicle was in my garage, I let them know. They claimed there was no paint issue when they certified the vehicle, as well as when they washed and detailed the vehicle before I picked it up. I said I found that hard to believe because all I did was drive the vehicle home, while their detailer had the vehicle inside and in the light so how was this issue not spotted? The sales manager responded that they didn’t need me to bring the vehicle back to Hesser to see the vehicle for themselves because he “cannot and will not do anything” to help make this right. I know in life things don’t always go as expected when you buy something. But how a company responds to those situations says a lot about them. And the message came through loud and clear from Hesser—they have absolutely no interest in even trying to do right by their customers. More
