Needed to consolidate from two vehicles to one. Had a 2011 Hyundai Elantra and a 10year old toyota Tacoma. They went out of their way to meet my particular needs, which is the reason this is my seventh Toyota purchased from them. [ They are also the Hyundai daelers in town ]. The new Toyota Tacoma extended cab is an exceptional vehicle. We love it! More

!!!Do NOT do business with Hesser!!! We tried to return a lease we got from their dealership. They refused us, despite Toyota Financial saying we had to return to it to their dealership. They sent us two-hun lease we got from their dealership. They refused us, despite Toyota Financial saying we had to return to it to their dealership. They sent us two-hundred miles to another dealership only to have that dealership say the same thing Toyota Financial said. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER buy/lease a Toyota, Scion, or Lexus thanks to them. More

I have recently leased a 2101 Toyota Yaris. My reason for leasing this particular model is the fact that I am quite short and this is the first car EVER that has fit my needs. I can see all around me with no mirrors, etc. blocking my view. When I arrived at Hesser Toyota, Terry greeted me and listened to my needs. He was very knowledgeable about his products and understood fully what I wanted. He offered suggestions and actually brought cars for my viewing to the building. Terry was very easy to work with. Being as I use a cane to get around, he was very attentive to my walking problems. This was very important to me, as you can well imagine. I have no hesitation in referring my friends to him, nor will I have a problem in the future contacting him when I again need the service he so adequately provided me. More
