This last visit was no different, EXCEPT I received above and beyond assistance! My service light turned on a few days before we were to leave for a 6 day road trip. I called Jenna immediately and she was able to get me in 2 days prior to departure. During the full service check, they found an issue that most certainly would have caused major issues on our trip. Jenna wasted no time in confirming the parts and getting the work done THAT DAY! I was absolutely amazed at how much was done during that one visit. Jenna being so prompt and dedicated to the safety of her customers was paramount, especially in this situation. The issue found during the service most definitely would have put a wrench in our trip and would have cost us thousands of dollars in damages had it not been fixed.
