I have stayed in touch with my original sales person, Justin Jeffers, over the years from paying him visits during oil changes and the occasional email. I told him what I was looking to do and what I was trying to get my son into and the conversation began. I also thought this would be a great learning experience for my son for future auto purchases. Justin greeted me and my son and Introduced me to Brody Heath, fairly young and up coming sales person. Justin informed me that Brody would be helping me but he would be available if any questions came up. Brody, being young, actually around my son’s age, was very personable and I was really impressed how knowledgeable he was about the vehicles. He did a great job during the process and was a joy to work with. So, All in all, it was another great buying experience and Herzog Meier Mazda has made a customer for life. Was very leary as it was Christmas Eve, the Volvo agent was late getting in due to the bad weather (which I understand) & the VW side checked me in for my car service. It went very smooth and fast.
