Worked with Bob Porter on buying a new VW Jetta. Bob was on top of things from the get go and ended up getting me the car I wanted. Lots of hurdles to get through moving from Canada to the US but Bob was ab on top of things from the get go and ended up getting me the car I wanted. I was looking for a new VW GTI for my wife. Stopped in for a scouting exercise and met Bob Porter in the parking lot after I got out of my car. I was very impressed with the professionalism and demeanor of everyone I met at Herzog. I returned a few days later with my wife to take a closer look. She was also impressed with Bob and Nick Lee. She loved the car that I saw earlier that had a few upgrades in terms of after-market goodies. The sales process went very quickly and these guys detailed the vehicle and had it looking perfect in a very short time. ....And the price was VERY competitive. More
