I experienced a "BRAKE FAILURE, STOP WITH CAUTION" warning on a dark, rainy night home from work. I called Herzog-Meier at 8am the next morning and spoke to Doug about the warning light, who didn't want to take any chances, especially with my toddler son on my commute, and asked me to bring in the Volvo XC ASAP. I brought the car in that night, and since rush hour would affect my husband's pick-up, Doug had one of his employees drive my son and me to a local restaurant (of my choosing) to wait for my husband. Doug had his tech look at my car first thing in the AM, and I received a detailed description of the problem and estimate by 8:53am. The ABS control replacement cost was not pleasant so close to the holidays, but Doug's description of what could happen if it failed made the fix a no-brainer. He also looked at the maintenance history and recommended a few other services to keep the car running well, and gave comparison estimates on outside garages for a couple of them. I ended up having 4 additional services completed by Herzog. And although Doug suggested a holiday detailing special, he didn't push when I declined. Service was completed within 24 hours of the estimate approval, and on pick-up, my car was washed and warmed up awaiting my arrival. Great service all around! More
Tony Cash was so helpful. He explained to me the differences between the different cars that I was looking at and he found the perfect car for me. Doug, in Volvo service, was excellent to work with, honest, and took time to communicate with me about my car. If every service place was like this, the car business would be much better. I can't say enough good things about this place, my experience was 100% good from start to finish. I will definitely be bring my cars to Doug in the future. Highly recommended! More

These guys are AWESOME!!! I recently bought a new Mazda Hatchback from Harrison & Mike and honestly had the best dealership experience I've ever had. They were both incredibly patient and friendly through Hatchback from Harrison & Mike and honestly had the best dealership experience I've ever had. They were both incredibly patient and friendly throughout the entire process (I cant tell you how many salespeople I talked to that greeted me with a smile, only to turn bitter and impatient once negotiations began). The test drive was fun too--Harrison's enthusiasm about the features in the car was definitely contagious and made me pretty xxxx excited about the car. They even challenged me to a game of foosball back in the dealerhship afterward (caution: Mike is good). Even after we finished signing the paperwork a few hrs later, Harrison came back out to help program the bluetooth feature in the car. Great personal touch, keep it up guys! More

He gets our cars in and out in outstanding time and tries to be easy on the checkbook, which I truly appreciate! After extensive vehicle research and planning we decided to purchase either a Mazda2 or Mazda3. Using the Costso automotive service to find a dealer all that was needed was to test drive each of the cars. We were hesitant because of past negative experiences with car salesmen. We were pleasantly surprised with what we experienced at Herzog-Meier Mazda. The telephone appointment representatives were polite and helpful, the internet sales representative, Jake Norquist, was knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and not at all what we had been expecting. After testing the 2 cars, we decided on the Mazda3. Jake was straightforward with the Costco price and all negotiations. He walked us through the process from beginning to end making sure that my family was taken care of the entire time. There was a long wait for the finance department, but once in the finance offce the rest went quickly and without pressure. We had a very good experience at Herzog-Meier Mazda, purchased a great car at a great price with no haggling or pressure. More
