I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this time I feel compelled to because of my experience with Doug Smith. He was absolutely fantastic. I've always felt apprehensive about going into dealer time I feel compelled to because of my experience with Doug Smith. He was absolutely fantastic. I've always felt apprehensive about going into dealerships but within moments of talking to Doug I felt as though I was family. I came in there insisting to buy just one tire to replace the one that was flat however he helped me make a decision to replace all of my tires instead of just the one. Doug was able to identify the dangerous condition of my other tires that I could not see and would have ignored had he not made me feel so at home. In the end I got a great deal and now I have the peace of mind that my family is safer thanks to Doug's help. More

We visited another VW dealer before coming to Herzog-Meier. The other dealer was the worst experience. Sceptical, we contacted Richard Kim at Herzog. WOW!!! What a difference. Doug in Volvo service ROCKS! From moment one when I called when my car wouldn't start, Doug took care of me - he handled the tow, kept me informed, went the extra mile to get me a rental, and even had called when my car wouldn't start, Doug took care of me - he handled the tow, kept me informed, went the extra mile to get me a rental, and even had the snow cleaned off my car when I came to pick it up! I could not ask for a more hassle-free, pleasant experience. I went in to the service and parts dept. because the key fob for my VW jetta wasnt unlocking my car doors, but everything else was working. Another mngr told me it could not be repaired and was selling me p fob for my VW jetta wasnt unlocking my car doors, but everything else was working. Another mngr told me it could not be repaired and was selling me part of the key fob to remedy the problem. It was going to cost me $89.00 for the part PLUS $53.00 to program it -for a total of $152.00. I went in for my appt and was helped by a different associate -Nic Perez-He suggested we try a new battery first. He installed the battery and it worked !! it only cost $8.00 !!!! Thank you Nic Perez for your help. You saved me $146.oo...WOW...I am not pleased, however with the other Manager and his lack of troubleshooting the problem. That to me is poor assistance, he was going to sell me something I did not need. THANK YOU to NIC PEREZ--YOU ROCK !! More

After a frustrating experience with my last used car, I finally gave up and decided to trade it in.
