During the past year and a half we've had the honor of working with Nic Perez, VW Service Manager. Over the years, we've worked with many different service departments at other dealerships but we've n working with Nic Perez, VW Service Manager. Over the years, we've worked with many different service departments at other dealerships but we've never had anyone treat us with such incredible customer service. At other dealerships we've felt that we were in a production line that was just trying to get us in and out without really listening to what our vehicle problem was. Nic has not only listened to our needs but he has gone above and beyond to always make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work and with how we were treated by his department. Nic's word is as good as gold to our family. The next time we are making a purchasing decision for our next vehicle, Nic will be one of the major reasons we choose Herzog Meier again. Allen very easy to talk to and friendly. Got our loaner car immediately and it was in clean condition. Car service done faster than expected. Justin is a new salesman. He is excellent. So is his father who is the sales manager. Justin was persistant but not pushy. I was there very late at night. I pushed hard to get the deal I wanted. Then I said, here is what I want...take it, or I will come back another time. They gave me what I wanted for the most part. Looking at KKB I got a good deal for a trade in, but the car I bought was a bit higher than KKB. The only problem I had was nothing to do with sales, but with the write up on the deal. But when I went back the next day and pointed out the error, without questions, they fixed it. I know that this dealership is focused on customer service. I think Justin and Mike are the best. They get a big fat 10. More
MY EXPERIENCE WITH HM VOLVO HAS BEEN GREAT. I BROUGHT MY C30 IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENENCE AND TO CHECK ON A COUPLE OF INTERMITTENT ISSUES. THE TROUBLE WAS FOUND AND ALSO, MY TIRES WERE CHECED AND NEEDED REPL C30 IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENENCE AND TO CHECK ON A COUPLE OF INTERMITTENT ISSUES. THE TROUBLE WAS FOUND AND ALSO, MY TIRES WERE CHECED AND NEEDED REPLACING. DOUG RECOMMENDED A SPECIFIC TIRE BASED ON MY DRIVING HABITS. SINCE I HAD NOT ANTICIPATED A LONGER WAIT, DOUG PROVIDED AND NEW S60 LOANER SO I COULD COME BACK AT MY CONVIENCE.I ALWAYS FEEL I GET A PERSONAL TOUCH WITH BOTH DOUG AND ALLAN.EXPLANATIONS ARE THROUGH AND THEY ALWAYS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. Everytime I go to Herzog Meier Volvo for my routine service, I'm personally greeted by Doug or Allan, and they're very friendly and polite gentlemen. Great sales staff that was very helpful. They were very patient with us when we were shopping. We came to the dealership twice to look and decide what we wanted. The sales people a Herzg Myer understood that and were willing to give us space and let us decide what we wanted. They had confidence in their cars and let the car sell its self that fit our needs. Overall it was a good car buying experience. I have bought 4 new cars in my life and this went very well. More
I scheduled a routine service plus brake pads and put them on the clock because I had to wait for it and get back home (an hour's drive) to take my daughter to the airport. In addition to being friendly and courteous, they called me back into the office after a few minutes to offer me a loaner car that had become available so I wouldn't need to do the expected 4 hour wait in the waiting room or rely on the shuttle to nearby businesses. A nice and unexpected surprise. To top it all off, they finished my service in 2.5 hours rather than 4 so they called and sent me on the rest of my errands well ahead of schedule. This was an exceptionally pleasant service although all the service I've received from Herzog Meier has been excellent. I was asked to mention Douglas and Allan specifically and I understand there's a lunch in it for them. I hope so guys. More

Allan Crandall is the quintessential perfect customer service representative. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, and many other new luxury vehicles. Allan's handling of my Volvo service needs has surpassed any service representative. I have owned Mercedes, BMW, and many other new luxury vehicles. Allan's handling of my Volvo service needs has surpassed any prior experiences I have had with any car dealership. During tight economic times many businesses are cutting back on customer service, which is a mistake. When a service rep such as Allan is encountered, it increases our loyalty to the business. Herzog-Meier Volvo has earned my loyalty. I drive 3 1/2 hours so that I can have my car serviced at Herzog-Meier Volvo rather than at my local Volvo dealership. This is due to the excellent, friendly, and efficient service I know I will receive from Allan and the parts and service staff in general. And the employees in those departments seem to love their jobs. That is passed onto the customer and we appreciate how pleasant our experience is. No amount of advertising or marketing can replace this. I plan to purchase my next vehicle from Herzog-Meier so that I can continue to receive great service from them in the future. I suspect the sales staff is just as remarkable. More
Seemed to be getting the run around and was growing annoyed. Car was missing a key and 2 weeks later a headlight washer cover. Yep Four employees working on it , spinning wheels, Then I ran into Allen, annoyed. Car was missing a key and 2 weeks later a headlight washer cover. He saved the dealership, kept me a believer, He is what customer service is suppose to be.I will follow up with a written letter making sure the dealership knows what they have.
