Herzog Meier Volvo (and Doug specifically) took such great care of me! I recently bought a 2010 XC60. When I called Jim Fisher Volvo to make an appointment for my 30,000 mile check, I was told that I "m great care of me! I recently bought a 2010 XC60. When I called Jim Fisher Volvo to make an appointment for my 30,000 mile check, I was told that I "may or may not" be responsible for the 500 dollar cost of the service (it was my understanding that my FSM warranty was in effect). When I emailed Jim Fisher the next day to inquire as to whether or not I would be responsible for the cost, I received no response. Two days later, I cancelled my appointment with Jim Fisher. When I called Doug, he was extremely helpful. He quickly researched my warranty, phoned me back and got me in within the week for my service, which was covered by the FSM warranty. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Herzog Meier Volvo. Thank you, Doug! More

I purchased my 2012 Volvo S60 T6 from Herzog via the OSD program in 2011. They service person I always end up working with is Doug Smith and I can tell you that I have never had a better experience with any company (car or otherwise) because of Doug. He is intelligent, knows exactly what I am saying and asking for. He is very quick to respond by email, always keeps me posted on the status and I can tell he works extremely hard to keep all of his customers satisfied and I can tell you I am beyond satisfied!
