I had an abundance of questions and they were happy to answer them. I felt like I was being taken care of by a couple of big brothers. I would ask you to be sure and let Doug and Allen know they are doing a great job! As long as I own a Volvo, and Doug and Allen are there, I will bring my Volvo to Herzog Meier for services. More

The service at Herzog Meier far exceeds the other local Portland\Metro dealership. Douglas was such a pleasure to work with and was truly interested in solving my issue properly – which he did. He and Allan work as a team so you never feel ignored waiting for your assigned service representative. The waiting room environment is top notch at this facility. I don’t like putting a 5 rating on price because Volvo parts are very expensive. However, my service this day did come in less than quoted and this team is very conscientious to make sure warrantees are applied when possible. Surprisingly, that is not the case at all local Portland\Metro Volvo dealerships. I drive miles out of my way to have my car serviced by Hertzog Meier and it is worth it. More

Stopped in to get new wiper blades ... I was in and out in 15 minutes including a car wash!!! I had replaced my own blades a couple of months ago and they were not doing the job. I called and talked to Al in 15 minutes including a car wash!!! I had replaced my own blades a couple of months ago and they were not doing the job. I was on a 3 month quest to find a bigger car for my family and I....I was interested in an Outlander and just so happened to drop by HM to take a look at their inventory. I was greeted by Jeff who look family and I....I was interested in an Outlander and just so happened to drop by HM to take a look at their inventory. I was greeted by Jeff who looked busy, but he took the time to take my sons and I around to look at both Mitsubishi's and Mazda's. He was very patient and listened to my needs. I told him that my experience that afternoon was great, better than other places. I left my info and told him to stay in contact with me. I was then sent an email by Stephanie from their internet department. She asked how my experience was, how my interaction with Jeff was, and if there was anything she could do to help in my search. I gave her what I needed, she looked, and she honestly told me that there was nothing in their inventory that satisfied my needs. I told her to stay in contact if anything did pop up, but otherwise, she did not spam me with ads, or random deals. Which I appreciated, no hard sell. After several other dealerships, salespeople, and" hard sells", I realized that HM was by in large the best experience I had over my time doing research. I stayed in communication with Stephanie and she set me up with an appt, and met up with Doug, who was informative, gave me options to look at, and 2 days later, got a Mazda CX-9 2012 at a smoking deal.... If you want an easy, smooth, non intimidating environment, no hard salesperson or sales team hounding you, then go to Herzog-Meier....you wil be pleasantly surprised More
