I was on a 3 month quest to find a bigger car for my family and I....I was interested in an Outlander and just so happened to drop by HM to take a look at their inventory. I was greeted by Jeff who look family and I....I was interested in an Outlander and just so happened to drop by HM to take a look at their inventory. I was greeted by Jeff who looked busy, but he took the time to take my sons and I around to look at both Mitsubishi's and Mazda's. He was very patient and listened to my needs. I told him that my experience that afternoon was great, better than other places. I left my info and told him to stay in contact with me. I was then sent an email by Stephanie from their internet department. She asked how my experience was, how my interaction with Jeff was, and if there was anything she could do to help in my search. I gave her what I needed, she looked, and she honestly told me that there was nothing in their inventory that satisfied my needs. I told her to stay in contact if anything did pop up, but otherwise, she did not spam me with ads, or random deals. Which I appreciated, no hard sell. After several other dealerships, salespeople, and" hard sells", I realized that HM was by in large the best experience I had over my time doing research. I stayed in communication with Stephanie and she set me up with an appt, and met up with Doug, who was informative, gave me options to look at, and 2 days later, got a Mazda CX-9 2012 at a smoking deal.... If you want an easy, smooth, non intimidating environment, no hard salesperson or sales team hounding you, then go to Herzog-Meier....you wil be pleasantly surprised More

I have to admit there was some confusion at one point over the figures, but I blame myself partly as I had done a lot of car shopping over the course of several weeks and it was all blurring together. The dealership was able to explain it though and make it right in the end which is the most important thing. I walked away feeling very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to many more years and VW's to come. I highly recommend Jay Ready at Herzog Meier. During the past year and a half we've had the honor of working with Nic Perez, VW Service Manager. At other dealerships we've felt that we were in a production line that was just trying to get us in and out without really listening to what our vehicle problem was. Nic has not only listened to our needs but he has gone above and beyond to always make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work and with how we were treated by his department. Justin is a new salesman. He is excellent. So is his father who is the sales manager. Justin was persistant but not pushy. I was there very late at night. I pushed hard to get the deal I wanted. Then I said, here is what I want...take it, or I will come back another time. They gave me what I wanted for the most part. Looking at KKB I got a good deal for a trade in, but the car I bought was a bit higher than KKB. The only problem I had was nothing to do with sales, but with the write up on the deal. But when I went back the next day and pointed out the error, without questions, they fixed it. I know that this dealership is focused on customer service. I think Justin and Mike are the best. They get a big fat 10. More

MY EXPERIENCE WITH HM VOLVO HAS BEEN GREAT. I BROUGHT MY C30 IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENENCE AND TO CHECK ON A COUPLE OF INTERMITTENT ISSUES. THE TROUBLE WAS FOUND AND ALSO, MY TIRES WERE CHECED AND NEEDED REPL C30 IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENENCE AND TO CHECK ON A COUPLE OF INTERMITTENT ISSUES. THE TROUBLE WAS FOUND AND ALSO, MY TIRES WERE CHECED AND NEEDED REPLACING. DOUG RECOMMENDED A SPECIFIC TIRE BASED ON MY DRIVING HABITS. SINCE I HAD NOT ANTICIPATED A LONGER WAIT, DOUG PROVIDED AND NEW S60 LOANER SO I COULD COME BACK AT MY CONVIENCE.I ALWAYS FEEL I GET A PERSONAL TOUCH WITH BOTH DOUG AND ALLAN.EXPLANATIONS ARE THROUGH AND THEY ALWAYS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
