The service at Herzog Meier far exceeds the other local Portland\Metro dealership. Douglas was such a pleasure to work with and was truly interested in solving my issue properly – which he did. He and Allan work as a team so you never feel ignored waiting for your assigned service representative. The waiting room environment is top notch at this facility. I don’t like putting a 5 rating on price because Volvo parts are very expensive. However, my service this day did come in less than quoted and this team is very conscientious to make sure warrantees are applied when possible. Surprisingly, that is not the case at all local Portland\Metro Volvo dealerships. I drive miles out of my way to have my car serviced by Hertzog Meier and it is worth it. More

Stopped in to get new wiper blades ... I was in and out in 15 minutes including a car wash!!! I had replaced my own blades a couple of months ago and they were not doing the job. I called and talked to Al in 15 minutes including a car wash!!! I had replaced my own blades a couple of months ago and they were not doing the job. I called and talked to Allen and he assured me that the Volvo blades would correct the problems I was having. Allen is always pleasant and very accommodating. I travel quite a distance to have my car serviced at Herzog-Meier... I continue to go there in large part due to how great Allen is to work with. More
