Came into town with a bad running engine on my 1997 Ford truck. My son recommended your shop. Called Doug and he got me in that same evening so work could start first thing the next morning. He and Allen followed through exceptionally well and my truck was ready by 5pm that day, not the next day as was estimated. I am in the military and have given my mother power of attorney. I was told that they will not work with my mother and or a power of attorney. My Girlfriend and I Went To Herzog Meier to do some research on Newer Mazdas. We were not in the market to buy, just looking to get some information and some hands-on experience, rather than All the in research on Newer Mazdas. The Salesman who started to talk to us did not seem to understand, although I repeated it more than once, that we were not in the market to buy today. After a Test Drive filled with ridiculous sales-pitches and pathetic attempts to tell us how "Cool" we were and how the sales-mman just wants to drive these cars all day, we were able to drive the mazda3, The car was a lot of fun to drive, however the salesman we dealt with ruined our ideas about the entire Herzog Meier Brand. Worst Dealer Experience I have ever Had, if I were to purchase a Mazda, I would drive Further out of town to get a different Dealer. More

I have given the rating 5 because I have always had outstanding service at Herzog-Meier from the time I purchased my Volvo in 2005 until now. I didn't rate "price" because I didn't think it was relevant to service--besides I know nothing about what the service is worth. Doug Smith was outstanding also and always is. He provided a loaner car for me, picking out the one he thought would be best (I am 81 years old), and when I left my garage door opener in the loaner car, he sent it to me because I live about 40 miles from the shop. The waiting room is pleasant. Cookies, fruit, coffee, tea are provided for the customers.
