After 10 years, my OEM battery was finally done for. Dropped by on my way home 8/26 and got an appointment for 9:00 the next day. They took the car to service right away and had it completed - and washed! - 5 minuites BEFORE my scheduled appointment, and even before i had finished my cup of coffee. More

My wife and I came in looking for a Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2014 - 5 doors. Although the model was not yet available, Justin was very helpful in showing the 2013 model and explaining the differences to the up 2014 - 5 doors. His professional demeanor, detailed explanation in exactly what my vehicle needed and how much the total service would be, was spot on! I cannot express enough how much it has put my mind at ease in knowing that there are reliable service departments with professional service managers such as Douglas who will go above and beyond, taking that extra mile in insuring your experience is seamless from beginning to end. So, i'm not currenlty a volvo owner. I took my little toyota to Herzog on a referral from a friend to work with Doug. He treated me respectfully, took care of my little toyota as if it were the most valuable car there and communicated honestly with me about what was needed.
