My fiance and I needed a new car and were a little picky and on a budget. We fell in love with the Mazda3 and the staff at Herzog-Meier were so friendly and welcoming. They worked so hard to find us the exa and on a budget. We fell in love with the Mazda3 and the staff at Herzog-Meier were so friendly and welcoming. They worked so hard to find us the exact car we wanted with all the details we wanted on it. And they really advocated for us and got us the car in a price a range we could afford. Their finance department was amazing. Their leasing agreements were great and the perfect option for us. Plan to buy our future cars here as well. More
I was a first time car buyer and have been anticipating the release of the 2014 Mazda 3. I first went to Royal Moore Mazda in Hillsboro because they had quoted me the lowest price ($500 off MSRP) and have the release of the 2014 Mazda 3. Dane was the salesman that I was unfortunately left with. He was so disrespectful and flat out rude. He told me looking for the model I wanted around his local dealerships was "too much work". So we left to look elsewhere for exactly what I wanted and went down the street to Herzog Meier. Without getting too carried away on how horrible my experience was at Royal Moore, I was so pleasantly surprise as soon as we walked in the door at Herzog Meier. Justin helped us specifically and couldn't have been more helpful. You can tell he is genuinely a nice guy and very down to earth which took away a lot of the stress of buying a brand new car for the first time. He was never pushy, and gave us multiple options. Even the cheaper ones! He truly listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I ended up paying more for a higher end model of the 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback than I would have at Royal Moore because not only was Justin great, but the entire staff was awesome! Very patient and went out of their way to help multiple times. I couldn't be happier with my choice in car as well as where I spent my money. Being 22, salesmen don't take you very seriously. Justin gave me the respect and assistance I needed. I will definitely recommend this dealership, as well as Justin to anyone I know interested in a Mazda! And if I haven't made the point any clearer.. whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO ROYAL MOORE. Save your time and self-esteem for professionals. More

I went to service department to purchase some antifreeze and have the guys put it in. Inside the service area, they directed me over to another department where they filled up the reservoir and when I went and have the guys put it in. I took my car in because the anti skid service required light was on. They looked in to what was going on with my car and found that I needed a new DEM. I had already had a DEM replaced indeed warranty and light was on. They looked in to what was going on with my car and found that I needed a new DEM. I had already had a DEM replaced indeed warranty and reminded Doug of this. He and Allen went above and beyond and were able to get Volvo to pay for a new DEM because there was history of this part breaking in the past. They then paid for the labor to replace the part. I was so impressed with their kindness and ability to help me out!! Winter in coming and I don't know what I would have done if I wasn't able to get this part replaced. Thank you a million Doug and Allen, you guys are wonderful!! More
My name is Jeff Ehleringer and I recently purchased a brand new 2013 XC 90. The car has been to the service shop more often than one would hope with a brand new vehicle. Each time being serviced for a ve brand new 2013 XC 90. The car has been to the service shop more often than one would hope with a brand new vehicle. Each time being serviced for a vehicle "outside of the norm" defect. The service the team (sales/service) has provided has been consistently top notch. Every visit they have provided superior attention to detail, genuine concern, and an overall great experience. Outside of vehicle reliability we've been very happy with Herzog-Meier. Since buying the car we've been back to Herzog-Meyer roughly 20 times, not ideal given they've all been related to vehicle reliability, but given the number of visits we know first hand that the service Herzog-Meier provides is best in class. They sold me a poor car. This car is like a xxxx. The agent told me there is nothing need to fix. When I drove the car to a mechanic's shop. He said the car have many problem, including engine, transmis agent told me there is nothing need to fix. When I drove the car to a mechanic's shop. I CAME TO HERZOG-MEIER WITH A FRIEND, WHO HAD WORKED WITH DOUG GALLOWAY ON A PREVIOUS CAR PURCHASE, LOOKING TO REPLACE A SUBARU NEEDING COSTLY REPAIRS. AFTER DOUG ASKED ME MY PRICE RANGE, HE SAID "WAIT JUST DOUG GALLOWAY ON A PREVIOUS CAR PURCHASE, LOOKING TO REPLACE A SUBARU NEEDING COSTLY REPAIRS. AFTER DOUG ASKED ME MY PRICE RANGE, HE SAID "WAIT JUST A MINUTE", AND REAPPEARED DRIVING A VOLVO V50 WHICH WAS EXACTLY WHAT I'D BEEN SEARCHING FOR AND COULDN'T FIND AND AT THE PRICE I'D TOLD HIM I COULD AFFORD. WOW. IT TOOK ME LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO DECIDE ON THE CAR AND DOUG MADE THE WHOLE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE SO EASY. I'VE ALWAY STEERED AWAY FROM PURCHASING A USED CAR THROUGH A DEALERSHIP. AFTER WORKING WITH DOUG, I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO HAVE HIM HELP ME WITH MY NEXT CAR. More
