Great service! Last week I took my Volvo in for its 60,000 mi. check-up. Doug in the service department was great. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up and now I'm getting almost 2+ mpg better than when I brought it in. I can highly recommend the service department at Herzog-Meier! More
I've purchased 10 vehicles in my lifetime, and this dealership is hands down the worst out of them all. There service department is terrible, after having my vehicle for a week to do a very common fix dealership is hands down the worst out of them all. There service department is terrible, after having my vehicle for a week to do a very common fix covered under warranty, they called me on Saturday afternoon (should have been done that morning) to tell me they need to keep it until Monday morning, even though they are closed on Sunday? They want to drive it for the weekend "to make sure it is working properly". They also charged me $50 for a "deductible" even though it is covered under warranty. Find another VW dealership is my recommendation!! More
Just had my car in the Service Department for a minor repair, a leak, which another repair shop said they wouldn't even look at - too difficult to fix. As always, they looked over my entire car and foun repair, a leak, which another repair shop said they wouldn't even look at - too difficult to fix. As always, they looked over my entire car and found some other items that needed to be addressed - rear brakes (I knew that was coming), transmission fluid change, and my 105K mile service. Herzog always does good work at a fair price and offer shuttle rides within a five mile radius. They completely dried my car out and got rid of some black mold that was growing under the carpet. Yuck! Greg, my point of contact is always friendly and helpful. I will continue to take my car to the Service Department for all maintenance and repair issues. More

I bought my Volvo V50 9 years ago at Herzog-Meier and was very pleased with the sale. Since then I tried a few other shops for maintenance, but hands down, nobody offer the amazing service that Herzog-Meier very pleased with the sale. Even though I only do my regular maintenance there (so I'm only in 2-3 times a year), Doug and Allan offer extremely personal and professional service. Super prompt appointments with thorough explanations of the service, and great practical advice and tips to keep the car going for as long as possible. I've never been disappointed at this dealership! More
I have had my C30 4 1/2 yrs and knew I may need back brake service, called and made an appt. that was convienient for me. Got there early and got right in. Was informed I did need the back pads and wh brake service, called and made an appt. that was convienient for me. Got there early and got right in. Was informed I did need the back pads and what the approx cost would be and how long it would take while I waited. Nice New wait area. Nice surprise, the cost was a little less than the est. Was in and out in less than 2 hrs... both Doug and Allen are great at customer service, professional, friendly, and informative. Have delt with both Doug and Allen on several occasions and they work very well together. Love the complimentary car wash! More

I don't want to be the person that seems to bash on everything about the dealership but this is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was extremely unprofessional, from the sales everything about the dealership but this is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was extremely unprofessional, from the sales people to the financing. They jerked my chain through every part of the process (more than a typical car dealership, I know to expect a little bit of bull). When the terms were agreed upon, only after I was personally contacted by the sales manager, because I had walked out on multiple occasions, it still took the finance manager 2 1/2 hours to have the paperwork filled out and got me on my way. This was after calling us to come in a different day in order to supposedly have the paperwork ready. And even after all of that I had to come back two weeks later and fill out more paperwork that he forgot. All of this lead to me getting my first bill the day before it was due. The only silver lining of this whole process was Alex Reath, but even since I bought the car, he has lost points by failing to follow through on promises. I have since had all decals and logos representing this dealership removed as to not give them any free advertising. If I didn't LOVE my VW Jetta TDI so much I would have walked out. More
