My wife and I saw the MX-5 RF Mazda at th July 2017 Just ask for Norm if you would like to deal with the nicest car salesperson you'll ever meet. My wife and I saw the MX-5 RF Mazda at the Mazda dealership in Eugene last week and it was Love At First Site. We were at the dealership having routine service done to our 2014 Mazda 3. We checked our car into the service department and made our way to the service waiting room and there in the waiting area showroom was one over the top awesome Soul Red MX-5 RF. We spent the next 20 mins in dreamland just being next to this car. My wife test drove the RF and came back from the test drive with the biggest smile. She loved the car. I chose not to test drive because I was worried about drooling all over the inside of the car. We tried to negotiate a price that day with the dealership but they were unwilling to negotiate. This is the same dealership we had previously bought our Mazda's from. We left the dealership and spent the next 3 days doing research on the car and other dealerships. We met Norm over the phone and ended up speaking with him several time over the next few days asking him a lot of questions. All our negotiation were done by phone because of the 3 hour drive to his dealership and we needed answers before making such a long drive. Norm came thru 100%. We could tell over the phone Norm was special. He is the kind of salesperson that make buying a car fun and at the same time takes the time to answer all your questions. After meeting Norm in person he was even more fun to deal with. Yes we made the 3 hour drive and everything went perfect at the dealership. A few hours later we were on our way home in our new Soul Red MX-5 RF. In closing I want to thank Mazda of Eugene for being such ( blankety-blanks ) without them being that way we would have never meant Norm. More
OUTSTANDING and UNSURPASSED Service on my car I have a Capri with a Mazda engine. This car stopped running and went off to a dealer (unfortunately it wasn't this one). They couldn't diagnose or I have a Capri with a Mazda engine. This car stopped running and went off to a dealer (unfortunately it wasn't this one). They couldn't diagnose or fix it so they towed to a third party shop. They managed to fix it...for a few weeks....twice. I parked it for awhile in frustration and then finally decided to take it to Beaverton Mazda's service department. It was a tough nut to crack but they did it. I understand Justin was the technician who finally put my baby back on the road. They were kind enough to keep her inside (convertible) and worked very hard to solve her problem. I worked with Jake, Melissa and Justin. Their communication, professionalism and customer service was absolutely stellar and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. More

I just bought a VW Touareg and put it in a shop near my house for a simple senor change. But the guy told me he had to take the engine apart.. what I was being told sounded wrong. Origanaly I called the OTHER location on Mcloughlin AND E. Burnside. location. Tried to talk to the tech. What an xxx hat! I asked if the Cam/crank shaft positioning Sensor Bank 1 sensor A- Do you have to remove any of the engine to change it.?He absolutely refused to answer"I cant answer that until I diagnose the vehicle. I told him I understand the issue. I only want to know if that sensor is in the engine because Its in the shop and I don't want to be taken advantage of. All he had to do is say Yes or No! Because he didn't need to DIAGNOSE the lication. Its really irratating & weak to be a VW dealer and have such poor customer service. Now E. Burnside & Mcloughlin will NEVER get my future service!! However, after my long story. "Jenna" at Beaverton scored!! She took the time, was reliable and called back, polite, very helpful and professional.. THANK YOU JENNA at Beaverton! More
