This dealership sold me a used car for which they did not have the title. I felt rushed and pressured into the purchase by the sales rep. Only to find out via a letter in the mail a week later that they did have the title. I felt rushed and pressured into the purchase by the sales rep. Only to find out via a letter in the mail a week later that they did not have the title at the time of the vehicle sale. They assured me that the issue would be resolved and that the title would be found. I received no communication for another couple of weeks and my calls were not returned. Eventually I received a brief email stating that the title and registration documents had finally been sent to the DMV. But it is now 2 months since my purchase and I still have no plates. They are still ignoring my calls. I am in the process of filling a formal complaint with the state. Absolutely DO NOT buy anything from this shady, awful dealership. More
