This dealership sold me a used car for which they did not have the title. I felt rushed and pressured into the purchase by the sales rep. Only to find out via a letter in the mail a week later that they did have the title. I felt rushed and pressured into the purchase by the sales rep. They assured me that the issue would be resolved and that the title would be found. I received no communication for another couple of weeks and my calls were not returned. Eventually I received a brief email stating that the title and registration documents had finally been sent to the DMV. But it is now 2 months since my purchase and I still have no plates. They are still ignoring my calls. I am in the process of filling a formal complaint with the state. Absolutely DO NOT buy anything from this shady, awful dealership. More
