Very good overall experience. Jayce Watson was my salesperson. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was really relaxed and stayed after his off time to work with me. We wanted a 2018 Sienna xle silver sky color with under 20k miles and Bill Buckley found one for us pretty quickly. We are very pleased with Buck and with Herts car sales in Idaho Falls. My next purchase with the Lords help will be a Ford F-150 from them (get one ready for me Buck!). I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to give Buck a call.
